Chapter 4: The fledgling

The day after the attack Lunar woke to find Scarlet getting ready to leave as to where they are going she did not know. "Your finally awake good get up and pack what little you still have we to move now". "Why is something wrong". "Are you my fledgling or not you wake up when I say to wake up we move when I say we move you got a problem with that then stay put". The girl close her mouth and began to pack what little she had within 10 minutes they were moving out as they just made there way over the second hill Scarlet told Lunar to hide in the Forest quickly at first lunar wondered why scarlet had told her to do this but that thought quickly died. She realised that all the animals had gone silent and that there was a quiet Beat in the distance the beating of wings as soon as they had hidden themselves the angels flew Past in a large swarm lunar had never witnessed such a large swarm she was petrified in her place of hiding. When there was no longer any sight of the swarm and no longer could it be heard scarlet came from her hiding spot and pulled Lunar out from her wedge between the three large rocks. " I imagine that was your first swarm". "....". " i'm not surprised they're getting bigger and bolder these days we should make for the hunters nest there we can begin your basic training for a hunter". "Mountain Vanguard it's about one of the only Safe-haven left from the angel swarms vicious attacks and the main HQ of the hunters so stop squirming and start walking The sooner we get there the safer you will feel". Lunar begins her slow walk and her long Journey down the path to become a hunter.
