In school that next day, Brandyn and his class all had to enter a stadium and it was clear that Mr Gudbrand had something to say. The class all faced him and he had his arms folded behind his back.

"I just want to thank you all for your recent efforts. I have been seeing a lot of improvement in... all of you... and I'm glad to see a lot of you pushing forward fast. However, I have not called you up here just to praise you. We have been contacting the officials at the Red Cube and in 10 weeks, we will be having an event including all of you students."

The Red Cube was a large building, that literally had the exterior appearance of a red cube. It was a training facility that was rented out by several schools for special events for the students, or to see how their students were going to perform.
