"Don't push yourself if you aren't ready." Khai warned Mika when he saw her stand up once again, not long enough after she healed him.

 

"Haven't you underestimated me enough?" Mika raised a brow at his sudden concern. After watching him shoot her an empty look, she turned around to walk toward Austin.

 

The piece of cloth that she had tied around him to stop the blood from flowing out was now soaked through. She supported his back and pulled open the knot to release the cloth from his abdomen, pausing when she heard a weak groan.
