Chapter 73: You can head straight to the Jade pond:

After a while of talking, Yu Xuan and Yu Mo arrived so I had to leave as well because it was already quite late and we had quite a big day tomorrow. I bid my farewell to gege and walked out of the Snow Yard with Yu Xuan. Both Yu Xuan and I looked quite happy. I guess both of us wanted to see and reunite with our brothers. I headed to my room and dismissed Yu Xuan. I needed some time alone.

Soon later I fell asleep however I was immediately woken up by my dream. In that dream, it was Xin'er being forced to marry a random man and hence dying from it. I woke up with beads of sweat on my head. The sun had risen already at this point so I hurriedly woke up and headed to the bathroom to have a quick shower before everyone was awake. Gege would become me for a few days and I had to leave before everyone woke up. Yu Xuan had prepared a white hanfu that had black ink drawings at the hem and sleeves. Yu Xuan was also following me and if anyone was to ask where he was, gege will say that he is going on vacation to visit his parents. That way we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Apart from Tian Jing and Tian Xia no one would know the difference between us. Even though we look the same, we're very different personalities. I quickly got dressed and walked out of the room. Immediately I saw Yu Xuan and gege waiting outside for me. Gege had changed into my clothes his hair was held together in a tight bun with a jade hairpin. He was wearing dark blue. He looked like me now. Whereas for me my hair was down and my fringe had newly been cut to chin length. Gege had also cut his hair to chin length as well. All that was left was my face mask and then I could leave. " Tian You, why do you've so dark-coloured clothing? But it doesn't suit me. I prefer lighter-coloured clothes. Don't worry I'll be buying you some," Gege joked. I glared at him but I couldn't say anything more because the rooster had just crowed. The servants would be waking up to start their duty soon.

I hurriedly placed the mask on top of my face and bid farewell to gege. Sneaking away from the guards was more than easy. I was the one who stationed their position. I really should give them more training. However, if I do that it will be harder for me to sneak away later on. I immediately flew off to moon valley with Yu Xuan following me. Usually, I would just fly straight in using Qing Gong however I had been ordered by my doctor to not use that much energy. If he finds out I flew to Jiang Zhou with internal energy that man is gonna kill me. Better save sorry. Hence I had to sit on a boat and sail towards the entrance of Moon Valley. Moon Valley was located in the middle of the most popular lake in Jiang Zhou. Many people used those water to grow plants and to wash their clothes.

When we arrived at the entrance the guards looked at me in surprise however they hastily greeted me. I gestured for them to save the formalities and asked where Shang Guan Yue Tao was. However, before the guard could reply I felt someone's presence behind me and it wasn't Yu Xuan. I turned around to find Shang Guan Tao staring at me. He took one glance at me and felt my pulse saying "Senior brother let's head straight to the Jade ping shall we?" he asked whilst smirking. Oh dear, I'm afraid I've to hear him continue moaning again. :(

I was dragged off to the pond whilst Yu Xuan followed me behind trying his best to contain his laugh. He wasn't doing a great job at it because I could still hear him snickering. "Yu Xuan if I hear you laughing again, you have my word that I'll allow you to copy the military tactics 10 times. Both volumes," I warned. Those books were so thick and at this threat Yu Xuan kept quiet. As soon as we reached the pool, Shang Guan Tao hurled me in and immediately started to throw some herbs into it. To be honest the reason why this pond was so precious was that Shang Guan Tao created this pond. He occasionally would throw some herbs in it so that I could soak the herbs into my body as well. The pond was a good place to revive your spiritual power. At this moment I was sitting straight up only wearing my inner clothes and I still had to suffer Shang Guan Tao ranting at me.

Intending to change the subject, I immediately asked where Shang Guan Yue was. Tao di must've noticed but he didn't say anything and only replied "He's at home trying to work out what he would like for his wedding and working with his father to find a lucky day,". Oh right, that explains it. "Have you planned yours with Xue Zhi mei?" I asked. Shang Guan Tao nodded and replied, "We're having our wedding on October 13*(1). The wedding invites have been sent have you not received one?". I opened my eyes and answered, "I'm not sure. Yu Xuan have we received one?" as Yu Xuan shook his head. "Then I'll ask father to send you an invite," added Tao di. I nodded at his consideration and proceeded to close my eyes and allow all the energy to flow into my body through my veins and meridians. Shang Guan Tao also stop talking however I could hear him continuing to throw things into the pond.
