Matilda didn't even spare him a glance as she quickly packed her things, as if everything in the house was burning her.

"I'm going to my father's house. I'm not yours, and all you want is the child. I'll send him or her to you as soon as they're born," she said bitterly, grabbing her school materials.

She had everything she needed since she still had enough clothes at her father's house.

"Your father is out of the country," Devin revealed, but Matilda remained unfazed and continued packing.
