"In the days of yore,
We travelled to a place called York,
and we plundered the people of yoke.
There was nary a nay-sayer.
We were as one man in mind.
Victorious we reigned over our foes.
Until the Nay-sayer arose.
And then we were many minds,
Scattered, lost and dead."
[A traditional elegy sang among the common people, origins unknown]

"I see you are still the same sappy suck up you always were. You haven't changed in that regard", Linus gruffly commented when Abe had finally caught up to him.
"Wha-I mean-what are you even talking about?", Abe wondered aloud staring at Linus in befuddlement.
"I am talking about all your tricks", Linus replied stealing a glance at Abe to his side. "You still like to charm all the females whereabout in your vicinity. Hasn't anyone broken you out of the habit yet? Don't tell me you are yet to get into trouble for flattering other men's women?", the older man chuckled.
