Conclusion of the West

Elysa came to visit me after a long time, and she congratulated me. She came to get training from veldora. 

Me> This is quite a good opportunity. How about we have a spar?

Elysa> Huh, ok if it's that what you want. I can't say no to you.

Me> We should do the spar inside the labrynth, or we might level the nation.

Veldora: Oh, this might be an interesting fight. A devil lord and a true dragon velzard's reincarnation.

Then veldora who decided to become the refree of this battle said start.

She launched an ice attack to freeze me . I notice her ice magic isn't normal. It freezes even flames. So normal flames won't work to counter it. I broke the ice using an compressed death streak.

Then she brought out a legendary sword. I smirked and brought out my own legendary sword light bringer and clashed with her. Her physical strength was more than mine. Well, that makes sense considering what power she has. But I knew that I was easily superior. After the clash , I went back and launched a holy magic based explosion. Which she did manage to block with a barrier. But I had already gotten behind her and used my mana to create darkness black whips with flames and hold her midair trying to immobilize her. In an attempt to break free, she launched several attacks and even used spatial domination . With spatial domination she could neutralize my magic but before she could realize I was above her and landed an attack on her of magical claws on my hand which sent her crashing on the ground. With that the battle was already over.

She was strong, but she wasn't on the level of true dragons yet . If I hadn't evolved into a demon lord . I would've lost this battle.

Diablo meanwhile in the sideline was noticing the things that he needed to improve on from our battle.

After the battle, I got a report from Blue that she has started seeing the movements of the west that the nations are getting manipulated and trying to scheme against us. 

I had also received an official report from luminous . According to her report, Granbell Rosso, a former hero, was more like an enemy to her before they made peace. And she also received the same soul energy from the final luminaries that she killed on her own .Meaning the luminaries were personally manipulated by Granbell Rosso.

Me> I guess it's about time to get rid of them huh.

Diablo was busy in Youm's ceremony as the king of falmuth. So, i decided to go myself with Rain and misery to take care of the council.

I flew with misery and rain to the location Rain had located at the time when the council was supposed to have a meeting.

It was a mansion a little bit far from a village. 

I land in the entrance with Rain and misery. 

Me> So, all the leading figures of the council are meeting today.

Rain> Yes, my lord all of them are meeting today.

Me> So, if we take care of these guys then the council is over , right?

Rain> That's right my lord.

Some guards appear with weapons, pointing. They become unconscious as I release demon lord Haki.

I appear in the main room where they are talking. 

> It's the crimson devil .

As the people in the room screamed in fear. Granbell Rosso and his granddaughter look at me .

>So, you're the guys behind the council huh.

The two grandfathers and daughter look at me. I also notice Yuki sitting there looking lifeless.

>I give you two choices , either pledge your souls to me , which way i can prevent you from ever trying to harm me or betray me and you can go live on your lives or die. The choices are all you get.

maria rosso tries to use the same mind control skill that she used on Yuki on me and the primordials.

me> So, you've given me your answer death it is. Misery slaughters them.

Misery starts slaughtering all the knights they have . While I telepathically tell Rain to observe Yuki's movements.

me>So, what kind of hero resorts to such a thing huh Rosso head.

In anger he jumps at me with a sword hoping to cut my neck, but it lands on my neck with no damage.

Me>Oh, what were u trying to do? cut me? You? haha you're old and even in Ur prime you wouldn't have been much problem for me.as i start cutting his hands and took his soul.

Mariabell, in shock tried to tell Yuki to attack me. Yuki stood up and as I was ready to destroy him. 

Yuki had caught mariabell in her neck choking her.

Mariabell> How did you escape the influence of my unique skill greed. Those 3 guys escaping it makes sense they are primordials but you're a human.

Yuki>It's caused my greed is superior to yours.

At the same time i launched an attack at Yuki but it seemed a barrier was there which not only blocked it but created an explosion which leveled the area. with no one but me, rain and misery outside the barrier in the wasteland from the explosion. Then an yellow haired female appeared inside the portal . The female kagali which when i first met Yuki seemed to be his assistant i felt her power, she was closer to a true demon lord level. She should be able to fight at least rain or misery and fight on equal tier with one of them.

As I was planning on destroying the barrier with a stronger attack. A dragon appeared with enormous overwhelming mana and immediately floated away.

Yuki> I guess you have already figured out what that is. That is demon lord milim's pet dragon turned chaos dragon , i revived it and did some adjustments . It is designed to attack western nations and level them.

Me> You're really unpredictable. As I flew and followed the chaos dragon. I ordered rain and misery to deal with them.

My first priority was the chaos dragon cause of two main reasons. If milim found out her dragon got revived again and died it might cause her to go berserk so i had to deal it with without killing it. I could've called veldora, but he is too reckless.

I followed the chaos dragon and even noticed milim approaching it and trying to talk to it. Cause in the past her efforts had already failed.

The chaos dragon even attacked her but she took its attack without defending her.

Raphael> It is possible for master to make chaos dragon to normal and return itself to its normal form making milim not rage out.

I followed the instruction and stood on top of it, and used space time manipulation to make it stand it in place.

Although this thing wasn't a true dragon this was the closest thing to it . So, before milim realized it, I used gluttony to absorb its core and create a new core for it using the cores of dragons i had absorbed before and manage to revive its soul using the remnants of soul inside its chaos core.

The chaos dragon had changed into a tiny dragon around my size. 

Milim hugged it: Despite it being smaller it was her, my dragon friend. Thanks Reed so much.

I smiled but questioned >did it not have a name?

Milim: No, I didn't even know what name to give her.

Me: Then how about Gaia?

Magicules went from me to her. It was even greater than what Diablo took.

Meanwhile at the same time.

Yuki killed mariabell and got the skill greed simultaneously.

Rain was overpowering kagali. Yuki tried to fight Rain but was easily overwhelmed. Yuki midway awakened from a human to a fully awakened saint, but still he and rain were relative.

Yuki's goal was never to win but he didn't think that even after awakening he would still be inferior . Then he managed to launched a spell that he had prep earlier to try to seal the primordials in a seperate space and using the opportunity he and kagali escaped to the eastern empire.

Yuki reached there after few days, he did feel powerless and knew that his escape was due to luck that he managed to awaken at the time, if not he wouldn't have been able to stall rain and misery enough to escape. Yuki wonders if Rain and misery are such strong then what about Reed , how strong would he be. He wonders and his greed to gain power increases more which awakens his Unique skill Greed into Ultimate skill Mammon, Lord of Greed. Then with that he officially joins the ranks of the Eastern empire.
