Chapter 67: Major Upgrade

"I am your enemy, no brain machinery," said K.

K faced the robot head-on, with only her magic staff on her hands. The difference between them is their class and their way of fighting. Since K is a mage, she has to do something that will catch the robot off-guard. Such as placing traps like she did when the robot tried to attack Seraphina.

"Using traps won't work the second time against this thing. I should probably focus on attacking from long range. If this thing ever gets close to me, there's no doubt that I'll die," thought K.

The robot getting within a 2-meter range will be an instant death for K. She also needs to take account of the speed, strength, and movement patterns of the robot. Which is not easy for a normal mage, but it's K we are talking about here. She's not a mage that you could easily kill up close. If you want to kill her, you'll have to drain away all of her mana and behead her once you get a chance. Such a thing couldn't be done easily, though.
