I wake up in the morning and look at my book for defense runes for my shop and house I see #42STR and #53LK #42STR allows the a object to be strengthened doesnt work on living things it can make things 1 percent stronger every day capping out at 200% #53LK makes it so I can lock my doors with just a drop of my blood if I add more #53LK runes it adds other people onto the permission of who can lock and unlock the object at basic tier higher tiers give more protection so I draw them onto the walls but make sure to cover them up so people dont see I have a abode for Jack I set up with his badly made saddle he seems to like

A few days go by and I look through the rune book and I find a few runes that can help me ones called #68MA which draws mana near the body or object the higher the tier the more dense and wide the area of mana the other rune is #70PO it is a rune that stimulates the potential of a living thing now this is nearing Legendary level or even godly but it was put at epic by the author of the book for some reason

I go to my store room which I outfitted with a rare grade #5Ex rune I was wanting to get a epic grade rune but sadly that isnt happening for a while I grab a ink pen and a sheet of paper along with a really hard to steady pen I made because it helps me learn to steady my hands more and its a great tool I start drawing the rune the first few runes without looking at the book I know they are trash grade after 10 tries I get a basic grade runes I double check to see if its right as so look back at it I see it glowing I say "thats weird it said it only worked on living beings"

then I have a idea I rap it around my wrist to see if my idea is correct and I take the pen again and when I go to write I feel calmer more collected I draw the rune and it comes out basic grade my hypothesis was right if you wear the rune you can get the effect of the rune my I tuition tells me its less then if I put the rune on my body using this I continue practicing and found out for every 15 runes I made of basic grade with is estimated to have a 99 percent success rate with the rune on the paper I get one uncommon grade #70PO rune

I get ready to draw it on myself with a ink pen the place I picked is my chest above my left peck and yes I call it peck because I'm so fit now calling it anything else would be a crime I get it a drawing of a uncommon grade rune infront of me so I have reference I start it is exponentially harder to draw a rune on yourself especially above the chest

after 1 hour I finish the rune it turned out to be uncommon grade which is a huge win I already feel my mind being calmer much calmer than normal and more calmer than when I used a uncommon #70PO rune on paper

I pack up my things I go to my shop it's time to costumize it looks like a fantasy world shop it has glass cases in the middle with shelves across the walls I put the backpacks on the shelves but then realize I don't have a way to protect them I remember a runes #34H it makes the object heavier does not work on living beings I could use this to make sure they aren't stolen and the best part I don't have to put it directly onto the backpack but I don't have the supplies I was given 500 aterna to buy what I needed

so I go out with Jack and lock the door and I walk around town I spot a general store and as I'm walking to it I hear "give me all your money human" I hear a little girl say "no this is for my grandma she will die if I don't get her this" I start walking over there signaling Jack to be stealthy and see a demon boy bullying a human girl who seems to be around 12 he says to her "I don't care you humans are our slaves your life is ours" I say "hey stop that" he turns to me and says "don't be a hero human or I will kill you" I say "you have to go through him first" I point to my back Jack walks out a huge husky the boy shits his pants and runs off the girl looks at me with reverence she says "thank you mister now I will be able to help my grandma" she looks so skinny I say "have you eaten yet" she says "just a few days ago i have been over feeding myself" I sigh and say "I'm looking for a helper around my shop you will get paid well are you interested" she immediately says "YES I'm sorry for yelling but yes I would love to I need a better job anyway" I give her my address and tell her to come by at noon to

tomorrow and give her 15 aterna to buy some food and clothes she runs off thanking me

I walk into the general store and see a female demon sitting at the front desk she looks to me and says "what do you need human" I say "I need stickers" she looks at me and says "this is not a game what do you need" I say "that's exactly what I need I'm willing to pay 50 aterna for them" her attitude changes she says "we just got some in from the raiders I'll get them" she goes to the back and comes out with a bag full of atleast 50000 stickers she says "they don't come off easily but they are stickers" I say "that will do" I hand her the aterna and she looks excited I put them in my bag she look confused she says "how did you do that" I say "I have a magic bag my store is selling some you might want to come by in 3 days the address is ### ### ###" she writes it down and says "I'll look into it names Lilith what's yours" I say "don't have one" I leave there with her confused
