Having turned myself invisible I arrived at the world of Generator Rex to obtain certain Nanites from this worldline. They would be extremely handy considering this takes place in the past time traveling here.
The Nanite Project, also known as the Nanite Program, is a scientific project that led to nanite development. The project was led by a team of six scientists and was chiefly funded by the Consortium.
The Nanite Project would ultimately lead to the Nanite Event, which spread incomplete nanites across the world. The Nanite Project was initially conceived to use nanotechnology to improve human lives with no regard for how that would backfire hard. Nanites would theoretically cure disease, end hunger, and prolong the human lifespan exponentially.
The science team behind the nanite project consisted of Drs. Gabriel Rylander (microengineering), Peter Meechum (systems), Van Kleiss (biomechanical integration), and Caesar (artificial intelligence), Rafael, and Violeta Salazar. The project was conducted in the Eastern European country of Abysus.
Many of these scientists, particularly Rylander and the Salazar family, wholeheartedly believed that the Nanite Project would improve the world. The AI Zag RS, developed by Caesar Salazar, was constructed as a decontamination program to destroy any nanites that escaped the storage tanks.
During the early stages of the project, the scientists faced the issue of how the nanites would be controlled. Some proposed a human-machine link, while others believed the nanites could govern themselves.
Caesar Salazar held the latter viewpoint and developed a nanite AI program called Alpha which could control other nanites. However, Alpha developed self-consciousness and exhibited the desire to have a physical body.
Its attempts to construct its bodies failed as each body burned out. Alpha attempted to possess living things instead, at which point Caesar deemed Alpha too dangerous to exist. He developed a dimensional disruptor and sent Alpha to the Null Void.
After this, the concept of nanite self-governance was abandoned, and the human-machine integration method was pursued. The Omega-1 Nanite was developed as Alpha's replacement and was capable of self-replicating to produce new nanites.
Thankfully I managed to come on time when they took out that menace. Would've been a very bad situation but fortunately for me though I've ended up in the Consortium-era portion of the Nanite Event.
The Nanite Project attracted the interest of a group of wealthy men known as the Consortium, who hoped that the advancements in nanotechnology would allow them to live forever. They used their vast wealth to fund the project not for any good deeds mind you the usual self and tyrant ones of course.
During this time, a significant difference in ideology emerged among the researchers, and a splinter faction possibly led by Van Kleiss formed with different views about how the nanites ought to be used. An accident occurred that seriously injured Rex Salazar, the young son of Violeta and Rafael Salazar.
To save his life, his parents injected him with completed nanites, which healed his injuries. The procedure also granted Rex unexpected abilities, including the power to communicate with nanites and control technology in the future he would later be classified as the first EVO.
The procedure with Rex led the Consortium to reevaluate the Nanite Project and its potential applications. Black Knight, a subordinate of the Consortium, underwent the same procedure as Rex and gained similar powers.
The researchers soon discovered that the nanites could alter the very fabric of the universe but would need a master control nanite to program all the others. The five Meta-Nanites were developed for this purpose, each containing a fragment of a cipher known as the Dominion Code, or God Code.
They're the main reason why I bothered coming to this worldline to begin with. I would've been worried if the nanites contaminated me but coming to this point in the past and having my mechanical nanites act as anti-bodies helped dissuade that idea a lot.
The Meta-Nanites, also known as Master-Control Nanites or Master Nanites, are extremely powerful nanites created to control the Dominion Code or put simply the God Code. With each color representing a different factor of the universe. Sort of the discount items of the Infinity Stones.
The cipher would instruct each Meta-Nanite to control a different aspect of reality, effectively making anyone who controlled the Meta-Nanites a god. To ensure the Meta-Nanites would not be misused, the Salazar family secretly programmed them to only be controlled by Rex Salazar…
Which is a dick move from my standpoint. I mean the older brother ended up a crazy bastard and you think the younger one with amnesia every so often gaining the abilities of a god is a good idea?
Man, those people must be high as fuck. Or the Salazar family damn crazy or insane…
Ironically, I just answered my question. But returning to The Consortium, seeking absolute control over the universe, decided to implant the Meta-Nanites inside of themselves to gain godlike power. The Salazar family, learning of this, resolved to destroy the Nanite Project to prevent the Consortium from gaining even a fraction of the Meta-Nanites' power.
Caesar Salazar initiated a sequence that would cause the nanite reactor to explode. While most of the scientists fled the facility, Rafael and Violeta were trapped inside by Van Kleiss, who broke the hatch of the door leading to the exit. The exact events of the Nanite Event are ambiguous, and differing accounts are driven by its witnesses.
Gabriel Rylander stated that Rex's powers had saved both himself and Caesar during the event. Caesar gave a more detailed account, stating that the last time he saw Rex was before a replication cycle was initiated by an unknown party, which may have worsened the effects of the Nanite Event.
When the event occurred, Caesar fled in his pod laboratory, which was caught at near-light speed; due to time dilation, this sent him five years into the future. Van Kleiss was killed by the explosion but transformed into an EVO and gained complete control over the landscape of Abysus.
Rex's memories were erased by the event, and he wandered around the world. Peter Meechum and Gabriel Rylander survived the event, with Rylander going into hiding in South America to protect the Omega-1 Nanite.
The destruction of the nanite reactor spread billions of nanites around the world, including the Meta-Nanites. While this succeeded in temporarily preventing the Consortium from using the Meta-Nanites, it also resulted in unforeseen consequences.
The programming of the nanites was incomplete at the time of the event, and consequently, all living things on Earth were infused with dangerous incomplete nanites. These nanites would activate at random, causing exponential mutations in their host organisms, turning them into EVOs.
While this had catastrophic effects on human society, Caesar Salazar would later maintain that causing the Nanite Event was the only way to save the world from the Consortium. The Consortium cut off funding to the Nanite Project after the Nanite Event. They later founded Providence; a global police organization intended to control the outbreak of EVOs around the world.
And now… it's time to ruin this worldline plot. My eyes darting towards the Secluded Labs I made my presence known walking around the building knowing where they contained the Meta Nanites.
Before that though I made a small visit to Dr. Gabriel Rylander entering his room alarming the evolutionary biologist as he spoke his back against the wall in an alarmed tone, "Wha – You aren't authorized here! Who – "
*SLURP*

Not taking any chances I decided to devour his memories and existence. Using my Authority of Gluttony, [Gluttony] eats the doctor's existence obtaining everything he has planned it was a best-case scenario to wipe out any work of ever recreating this damn Nanite Project for good.

Ignoring the notifications my attention was on the container holding the completed Nanites as I smirked holding it in my hands in a neutral tone using [TOOS] on it, "That's one scientist down. So, this is the completed Omega-1 Nanite, also known as the Control Nanite. Sorry Rex but not in this worldline."

Smirking at this I had my Nanites absorb into it breaking the canister that held the Omega-1 Nanite. Recoding the original intent and purpose I began to feel a slight change seeing my hand morph into a mechanical gauntlet as I muttered in an excited tone, "Oh yeah. I can get used to the upgrades."
Returning my hand to its normal form I soon teleported away from the room. And quickly I find myself in the chamber of the Meta-Nanites each containing the abilities to grant those God's Code.
Swiping my hand forward each of the Meta-Nanities began to resonate as I commanded them to enter my body. With my superior alien ones combined with my Control Nanite, it wasn't hard to command them to enter my being.
*CRACK*
Each of the containers for the Meta-Nanites entered my body. I used [TOOS] to see what each of them could provide me.

[Blue (Elemental Manipulation)]: Grants control over natural elements. Its users can control any natural element: such as fire, ice, etc. It also allows you to create them from scratch.
[White (Gravity Manipulation)]: Grants the ability to manipulate gravity. With this power, its users can create a domed shield around themselves and possess the ability to fly and lift objects with a simple gesture and push them through the air with ease. The user could also use a simple body gesture to cause an entire floor of a building to collapse, causing it to collide.
[Green (Space-Time Manipulation)]: Grants the ability to control space and time. Its users can teleport themselves and others wherever they want. They can rewind time or slow it down to attack opponents quickly. They can also manipulate their physical space to make themselves intangible.
[Orange (Energy-Matter Manipulation)]: Grants control over matter, energy, and anti-matter. Its users can summon energy from the heavens in the form of lightning and project it from their hands. They can also absorb large amounts of energy and matter from any source. Additionally, they gain the ability to fly.

Whew… exhaling I feel the definite rush of power overflowing from me. This will come in handy in worlds where I can't use Magic or Mana.
*Thud*
Soon enough the rest of the scientists entered through the door with Caesar Salazar along with my main targets appeared holding pistols commanded by me in a serious tone, "You what – "
His voice died seeing me absorb the Meta-Nanites. He dropped his gun realizing the situation as his face pales along with the rest turning around with a sly grin and responding in a neutral tone, "You what?"
Caesar gulped hard as I began to wipe any records of the Nanite Project for good through their database and rob the Consortium of everything. Seeing everything they worked for is gone I responded in a neutral tone raising my palm at them, "Good choice. But I'm afraid I can't have you remaking this, therefore… you must be erased."
*SLURP*
*Thud*
Devouring their memories wiping their knowledge and intention I made sure they'll wake up the next day. Then teleporting them away I got everything I wanted from this world turning my back to leave – oh…
Stopping myself from leaving I got annoyed at what I feared. The hero is back. Having my [TOOS] active I saw the outcome of our encounter. Anywhere I'm screwed… except for one small thing.
Welp! Might as well be the fight for the ages huh? I always wondered how strong Ben's time is to see how he reacts to this… but first one little warlord wanna-be has got to go before then and that doomsday device he has.
*SHIII*
A portal ripped open revealing to be Eon slowly walking towards me trying his pitch on having a team up against a teenager, "Ah! So, it was you who have been causing the time ripples across this world line. It seems to me you have a vendetta with Tennyson don't you say are you interested in teaming – ack!!"
*CRUNCH*
Gripping his head I began to forcibly take his power as I spoke in a bored tone draining him dry of everything, "Sorry but not sorry. I do not need a meddlesome time walker like you. Nor do I need help killing a teenager and his crew. But what you can do is offer everything you have to me alone."
Struggling under my grasp I began to absorb of him everything he had. Eon being a time manipulator trying to erase me I laughed at his attempts.
Man… having that [Space-Time Immunity] is a great feeling to deal with these egotistical wannabe villains. And soon when he was drained of everything gaining his experience and abilities.
[Ding!]

Grinning at this, seeing I'm more than prepared, I think it's time to deal with that warlord Vilgax. Then the heroes would hound my ass. Let the destruction and revival of the Ben 10 Multiverse commence!
