The two entered the elevator and they rode it down to an underground arena like the one used in Selection Death Runoff he spoke in a curious tone, "An underground arena? Wait isn't this the same one used during the Selection Death Runoff?"

Satsuki curtly nodded her head as they both entered the arena in a stoic tone answering truthfully, "Yes, it is. I use this place to train myself daily. Now. I will make a deal with you."

Both walked to the center of the arena facing each other Mash soon spoke in a curious tone, "… What kind of deal?"

Having his attention Satsuki continued speaking in a stoic tone her eyes locking on his golden eyes, "We shall handle this with a test of skill. This shall be a simple sparring match. The first to make the other concede victorious. If I win you become my Vice-President."

Keeping a calm attitude Mash simply nodded his head as he asked another question, "And what happens if I win?"

Satsuki gazed at Mash's eyes as she spoke in a stoic tone if he wins, "Anything within my power."

He nodded his head already having an idea in mind taking his fighting stance as Satsuki spoke noticing the lack of his weapon Add in hand addressing it in a confused tone, "You are not going to use your weapon?"

Mash simply replied with a smug grin on his face and said in a confident tone, "No. I feel confident having no need for my weapon in this simple spar."

Satsuki's eyes narrowed calling out on Mash's arrogance in an annoyed tone, "You are arrogant. Are you underestimating me?"

Shaking his head Mash responded in a confident tone already in his battle stance of the [Flow Method] and [Flowing Battle], "Arrogant? I prefer confidence since I know you can't defeat me. But this could be a good chance for me to warm up relying on my body again it's been a while since I have…"

The [Flowing Battle] is a battle style from Reid Astera time allows a very wild combat style, which relies on instinct and superior physique rather than finesse to perform maneuvers only the user can do. This savage fighting style revolves primarily around instinct and is therefore difficult to analyze. Along with the perk of channeling the full power of opponents' attacks harmlessly out of the user's body. This technique effectively made the user immune to blunt attacks.

The [Flow Method] skill is a method of handling mana within one's body and utilizing it to enhance their physical strength. Mana-based marital art techniques can be created and performed with mastery.

Mash decided to train his CQC skills again seeing how limited he is decided to retrain himself from the basics. Adding on the previous skills bladed or blunt damage wasn't an issue anymore for him, but practice is important.

Satsuki went silent as they stared each other down. Suddenly blue light shone in front of him when it disappeared Satsuki stood with Junketsu transformed and in a battle stance spoke in a serious tone, "Life Fiber Override: Kamui Junketsu… prepare yourself."

She was about to charge at him when Mash suddenly took the initiative slamming his foot on the ground using his skill [Divine Protection of Earth Spirits] to manipulate the Earth beneath his feet with a grin on his face said in a confident tone, "You think I'll allow you? Nah. You said you wanted to use my power then I'll use my power."

The earth beneath Satsuki began to shift suddenly sprouting a rock in front of her. She immediately raised her blade just in time to block the sudden attack. But soon her eyes widened seeing multiple golden circles from the ground.

Raising his hand using his skill of [Age of Babylon: The Wisdom of the People] Mash mockingly said, "You said you wish to see my power then congrats Mongrel bear witness to the might of [Age of Babylon]."

All the stone and earth used changed into a variety of weapons as she swung her sword creating an energy blue slash making Mash raise an eyebrow at this new development seeing Junketsu wiggle trying to evolve to handle him.

*SHINNG*

With the large energy arc swing of her sword, Satsuki managed to destroy the incoming projectiles in a humph, "Hmph! This is what I mean! The fact you have this much power and refuse to use it is childish."

Scolding him Mash simply raised an eyebrow as Satsuki rushes forward to him again. But this time he allowed it as she unleashed a flurry of strikes, but only for him to dodge with relative ease with his [Instinct] as he started the conversation in a curious tone, "And why exactly do you care so much about me? I mean I haven't done anything that has interfered with your grand schemes have I?"

Avoiding each one of her attacks in close range Satsuki's eyes furrowed more as she replied in a harsh tone, "It doesn't matter whether you interfered or not. I use my power to fulfill my dreams and ambitions! I ask you what do you use your power for? What cause or dream do you have?"

Hearing her words Mash interrupted her flow of attack as he caught the blade with his hands clenching it tightly as he responded in a neutral tone, "Believe it or not I'm simply finding my way home. My original home but to do that strength and power are necessary to accomplish my ambitions. But do enlighten me and spare me… THE PHILISOPHICAL BULLSHIT!!!"

Swinging his fist at her she narrowly dodged the incoming fist fueled by [Mana Burst] and decided to stay quiet as the attack destroyed the portion of the ground when it landed. She quickly lunged at him with a blinding speed once he let go of her Bakuzan.

Mash grinned while his body suddenly illuminated his Magic Circuits generating heat because of his [Dragon Reactor Core] skill charging his mana into his fist. The more it charged the more it illuminated in the sheer heat intensity.

He soon dashed towards her with the magical energy of mana glowing in his hand. He then brought his right hand recoiling for a punch with the mana sprouted shouting, "[Mana Burst]!"

Using the magical energy as an emitter attack launching a missile beam of magical energy making Satsuki stop dead in her tracks surprised to see it. But she soon moved to the side to avoid getting attacked by the [Mana Burst].

*BOOOM*

The resulting collision against the wall erupted in an explosion. Satsuki manages to dodge by ducking to the side as she stands up and coughs surprised as the smokescreen of the explosion settles down, "Ack… how did you do that?"

Seeing genuine curiosity Mash explained revealing his Magic Circuits all over his body in a casual tone, "Easy manipulating my inner Gate to perform Mana Manipulation. Highly doubtful anyone in this universe could use it but hey leave it to humanity to figure out how to manipulate Od or the concept of mystery."

Satsuki glared at Mash for a moment longer before she realized something in a stoic tone, "You… haven't been taking me seriously since the very beginning, have you?"

Mash simply grinned powering down his skills with a light shrug of his shoulders in an honest tone, "Pretty much. Since the beginning of the Academy, I haven't exactly been going all out. If I had this whole story would've been entirely different."

As much as Satsuki hated to admit it, she realized he was right. He was practically patient with her with no visible effort on his part while she hadn't even touched him let alone hurt him not like she could with his defensive skills.

She closed her eyes as she began calming down sighing out loud in a defeated tone, "Sigh, I suppose you are just too much to handle. So, what exactly do you wish seeing as you are the winner."

Mash contemplated his reward but looking at Satsuki he sighed out loud surprising her with his request in a calm tone, "You need to take one day off from your vendetta. Just take one day to give yourself a break is all I ask."

Satsuki seemed to freeze at his words uttering, "What?"

Mash crossed his arms as he explained himself in a semi-concerned tone gazing at Satsuki tilting his head down with a smile, "You heard me. I want you to have a day off your duties because as much of a pain you are, you're still a teenager. You may not regret having a lot of good memories with your pals at this age. I know that personally from experience, but you must make the most of it while you can…"

Satsuki widened her eyes in surprise. She wouldn't admit it, but she was touched by the gesture as he turned his back to the elevator waving his goodbye in a nonchalant tone, "I hope you take my request seriously Satsuki. You need at least one day to enjoy being a teenager your age. Now have a good day, Lady Satsuki."

Her eyes widened being addressed that way to him. Soon she de-transformed and flashed a mysterious smile as she followed him left to the elevator, "I can see why Ryuko Matoi fell for you, Mash… but don't think I'm done with you just yet."

Feeling the faint feeling in her heart Satsuki's heart grew 0.5 times that day slowly but surely falling for the man beyond her world known as Mash Bastion…

On the top of a very modern-looking skyscraper, Ragyo was looking down at the building complex below with a sardonic smile and spoke in a calm tone, "Hououmaru, show me the footage we have."

Rei soon provided a monitor of the video of events unfolding during the Sudden Death Runoff Election of the fights. This was shown when Ragyo finished talking to Satsuki about her report on the School Raids Trip and assured her mother that it would be done within one day.

Rei soon played the video showing on the monitor, but her interest lay in the first match with Ryuko and Mash fighting in an intrigued tone, "My, my… who is this?"

The video continued to show the events with Ragyo's interest increasing the more the boy from that day. Soon the video shifted towards hidden cameras of Nui's fight against Mash easily demolishing her with pure strength and brutality.

Ragyo bit her lips in ecstasy seeing such a specimen could produce such raw power but also LIMITLESS LIFE FORCE within his body. Just observing it made her Life Fibers wiggle in hunger and danger provoking such a being.
