However, that was nothing compared to what happened next. Something dark was leaking out from Walter. Darwin, Leticia, and the butler didn’t seem to notice it, but Kellan could definitely see it. Walter’s pitch grew higher. The boy’s voice was much louder, as well. Kellan turned toward Leticia, who had tears streaming down her face, yet she held on tight to Walter’s legs with the butler’s assistance. A part of him resented Walter. The boy might be possessed by an evil spirit, but he had a mother who loved him. Kellan squashed down the negative feeling in a hurry and concentrated on Walter instead. He could deal with his issues in his own time.
