High Priority Princess
As the largest force of hunters and werewolves in history departed, leaving the capital and diving into the rough treacherous terrain of the wild, following the Great Sirius River, King and Queen Sirius watched from their balcony.
A large crowd had gathered to bid them farewell, dotting the ground below and chanting words of encouragement. The animals guarding the forest had long parted to let the colossal force through.
The hunters had prepared a lot for the battle they were headed. One could say they'd been training for centuries, perfecting their weapons, techniques and wolfsbane poisons for this very mission.
Working with werewolves hadn't always been the plan but knowing they would be with the very werewolf that had single-handedly sent every rogue around the world running to the very place they were headed, trapping them for the extended period they needed to prepare themselves, the hunters were a little more motivated.
