"Level 2? Oh yeah! Now, I remember. I haven't really paid much attention to the Object Generation thing since the AI stays as a watch. That changes now though and maybe I can start my robot army," Yuri thought.

"I only have one objective in mind right now though."

He leaned on the white wall of his condominium and crouched like the greek thinking man statue.

The only one that truly matters. Making those bastards pay.

"He cracked his knuckles and stared hard at the monitors showing the news and surveillance footage. On the coffee table, he noticed a Macintosh Laptop with the loading screen on.

"Wait, who's laptop is this? Akira must have left it. That silly old man."

He went over to close it, and the desktop showed. The browser was still open and Akira's emails were open. And getting flooded with messages. "Damn! Either, he has to unsubscribe to these darn newsletters or he has a lot of fans? Must be popular now, hahaha. Seen as the hero lawyer who went against the evil corporate goliaths."

He glanced at the headers of the emails and stopped smiling. He sat down on the sofa, and read his Uncle's emails.

Yuri read each and everyone one of the death threats. The back of his hand bled from the pressure from his nails. He kept reading every anonymous email and registered every letter in his memory. This was the last straw. There were enemies waiting in the dark. Ready to ambush his loved ones. Not again, he told himself. Never again.

Ring*

His phone rang. "Master, Mr. Botan Saburo is calling you," the AI said.

Yuri snapped out of it. And looked around for the phone.

"AI...Uhhh...Can you hand me the phone?"

"Master, AI currently does not have the physical capabilities to fulfill your command."

"Oh fuck... Right. I'll go get it." Yuri stood up and went to his bedroom and grabbed the phone next to his suit on his king-sized bed.

"I gotta get use that fucking upgrade that the AI got just now," he mumbled.

He answered it and said, "Yuri Hayashi. Hel- What did you say? Where Botan?"

"Yuri, someone's been harassing the construction sites for our Dojo. They have guns. One of our guys said that the group of armed men want payment for a license to conduct business and a compensation fee for protection." Botan said on the phone.

"Our guy in charge there is a Wing Chun Master. He was doing construction oversight when the armed men walked in he wanted to use the Magitek Brass Knuckles that I let him borrow earlier, but decided to wait for the Overlord's commands. I have had the same calls from three other construction sites. It seems like someone is targetting us, Yuri."

"Alright. I'll take note of the master's wisdom. He seems like a very smart man. If he had fought those men, we might have risked revealing our organization's existence to the authorities too soon." Yuri said. "Tell all of them to stand down, and wait for further instructions."

He sat on the bed and rubbed his temples with his hands. "Think- Yuri... Think."

"I just got a ton of Tech points and could buy more Magitek weapons but... It would more problems than solve them. And I haven't prepared every element of my plan yet. But if I don't, the Overlord is going to look weak, and our men might think we are abandoning them. Think Yuri!"

Yuri looked at the watch on his wrist. He instantly knew what to do.

"AI watch thingy... Shit, I really need to give you a proper name. Calling you AI is kinda cringy," Yuri said. He ran to the sofa and turned on all the monitors in front of him.

"AI, access the online servers of the surveillance footage of the construction sites that were attacked by those armed men and download the files."

The AI responded, "Accessing... Surveillance footage has been downloaded."

"Alright. Now analyze and identify who those men are."

"Analyzing... Using facial recognition... Persons of interest have been identified."

"Well, who are they?" Yuri asked. Every second had counted and he needed to be smart about every move he made.

"The men in the surveillance footage are known members of a criminal organization. Two are known as the big brothers of the Inagawa-kai. Fifteen of the assailants are registered in the NPA database as members of the Sumiyoshi-kai," the AI said.

"Inagawa-kai? Sumiyoshi-kai? These men aren't ordinary thugs. They are-" Yuri stood up and threw his sofa upside-down. "Motherfucking Yakuza!" He turned his head to one of the monitors showing the Yakuza men and froze.

He slowly stepped closer to the monitor. "AI. Zoom in on that short guy on the screen."Yuri pointed at the guy wearing a biker gang jacket who looked younger than the other men. "That one."

Yuri recognized that boy. His eyes turned fire red. Dark and evil energy brewed inside him. Screams of tortured men and a horned red-eyed monster bathing in blood and disembodied limbs. He was losing himself. Awakening an unholy sleeping beast inside him.

"Master? Are you alright?" a concerned feminine voice from the AI said.

Yuri shook his head and rubbed his eyes. "Nothing. AI. It's nothing."

He looked at the AI's 2D face on his watch and said, "Thank you, AI. I haven't really said thank you to you. You've always been there with me too. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you. I have some final commands for you for the day. Is that okay?" Yuri asked with a soft tone of voice.

"Yes, master. That would be alright." The AI's 2D face smiled.
