Worshipper Arc: Chapter 27.Attack on the Magic academy.

Demonlise informed Valoran over astral (telepathy magic) that the academy is being attacked.

"Do you require my assistance?" Valoran questions Demonlise.

"No, we can handle this." Demonlise responds.

"Alright." Valoran cuts off astral (telepathy magic) with Demonlise.

Valoran looks to the right, which is the direction to the magic academy. He focuses his magic eyes which enables him to see great distances despite obstacles such as buildings being in the way.

"Hmm…the barrier of damontrox is cast over the entire academy, it has the ability to negate all magic except to the caster who cast it." Valoran thinks to himself.

In the Magic Academy.

A dome of purple and black colour is engulfing the entire academy. It's so dense that the sunlight is being blocked and no longer reaches the academy leaving the academy almost in darkness.

The students begin to panic and scream.

"WHAT IS HAPPENING?!"

"WHY HAS IT SUDDENLY BECOME DARK?"

"WE NEED TO LEAVE!"

"YEAH. LET'S GO!"

"WE CAN'T USE MAGIC!" The students say to each other in shaky voices.

Atticus, Merial, Biatrix and Selina also begin to worry.

"What are we going to do?" Biatrix asks with anxiety.

"I have no idea…I suddenly have this fear in me." Selina responds.

"I also feel this uncontrollable sense of dread." Merial expresses with a sad voice.

"Calm down…it's the barrier of damontrox, this barrier cuts us off from the outside world, in addition to negating all our magic it also causes the victims' negative emotions to spiral out of control, to make large groups such as this academy less focused." Demonlise replies.

"I understand." Merial says beginning to shake.

"What should we do?" Artemsia asks Demonlise, the barrier's effects do not work on both Demonlise and Artemsia.

"We should wait until we see who created the barrier and who the attackers are." Demonlise replies.

"STUDENT'S PLEASE CALM DOWN!" Professor Asparata desperately attempts to calm the situation down.

Outside the class hall other loud screams can be heard from the other classrooms.

Suddenly the door is being kicked open.

Dark robed figures enter the class hall armed with swords.

"Who are you?!" Professor Asparata demands to know.

The dark robed figures ignore her and face the class.

One of the figures steps forward.

"All of you get up and follow us to the training grounds." The figure demands.

The students are unable to react to the demand since everything is happening so fast.

Seeing that the Students do not follow the instruction given to them he resolves to a different tactic.

He casts Izaru (fire magic) and launches it toward the back of the class where no one was present.

"I won't ask again." The figure warns pointing the magic circle at the Students.

The Students begin to panic further and the screams intensify.

Fearing the safety of her Students she instructs them to follow the orders given.

"Please Students, follow the instructions given…don't worry we will get through this." Professor Aspratra tries to calm them down.

The figure turns to face Professor Asprata.

"Smart teacher." He compliments her.

"If you harm my Students…then you will pay for it with your life." Professor Asparata threatens.

"We will see." The figure smirks.

The Students and the Professor follow the black figures to the training grounds along with other students and teachers from other classes.

"Stay calm…everything will be okay." Demonlise reassures Biatrix, Selina, Merial and Atticus.

"He's right…we are here after all." Artemsia further reassures.

"We know." Merial answers with just a little more confidence.

"We should stand down for now Artemsia…also remember what Valoran told you. Don't give away your identity as a Goddess." Demonlise instructs.

"I know…whatever comes I will let you handle this." Artemsia says.

They eventually reach the training grounds. Every single student and teacher is present, scared and confused as to what is going on.

Also present are multiple black robed figures making sure that no one escapes.

A dark robed figure then emerges with red shoulder badges.

"Kneel!" He instructs firmly.

Everyone is shocked to see this figure who looks more menacing than any of the other figures.

"I SAID KNEEL!" He yells with a frightening voice.

The Students and Teachers present begin to kneel.

"Kneel all of you." Demonlise instructs Merial, Biatrix, Selina, Artemisia and Atticus, who do so immediately.

"Glad to see that dogs can follow orders." The figure says.

With everyone kneeling on the floor, shaking being unable to calm themselves.

"We are Worshippers, we worship and serve the Gods who's divine powers are unmatched and orders are absolute…you might be thinking why we invaded the academy, well it's simple. We want to meet a special someone, that's all." He announces.

Merial who is closes Demonlise questions him…"A special someone….do you think they mean Valoran?" She whispers.

"Indeed, they attack the academy while he is transferred to the Halivaara second academy in order for him to take action." Demonlise replies.

"But why?" Selina whispers.

"It's simple really, it's the barrier." Artemsia responds to Atticus whispering.

"The barrier?" Biatrix questions confused in a whispering tone.

"Artemsia is correct, you see damontrox also has one more attribute." Demonlise explains whispering.

The others look at him curious as to what it can be.

"From the outside everything looks normal, no one outside can see the barrier except the divine or beings with power greater than the divine." Demonlise reveals.

"So…if Valoran were to arrive and intervene it confirms once and for all that he has powers on par with divinity." Atticus whispers.

"Precisely. They have been on Valoran for a while now, ever since two Gods have been killed; he was one of the prime suspects." Demonlise whispers with caution.

"But hold on…just because Valoran is able to see the barrier does not mean he can kill Gods, so that wouldn't confirm he killed them." Merial whispering in confusion.

"Merial, it's not about proving that Valoran killed Hilliam (A Magic God) and Raizel (A Death God), all this should proof is whether Valoran has some power on par or greater than the divine, since the barrier was cast by Worshippers, and Worshippers have rings of livirea which are gifted with traces of divinity. Hence only the divine or ones beyond them are able to see the barrier from the outside." Artemsia explains.

"I hope he won't show up." Biatrix whispers with caution.

"He will not, I told him that we got this situation under control." Demonlise reassures.

"BOSS!" A person yells.

The lead Worshipper stares down at another Worshipper dragging a female demon student by the hair on the ground behind him screaming in pain.

"I found this Student hiding in the corridors. What should we do with her?" The Worshipper questions.

The lead Worshipper grabs her by the chin and looks her deep in the tearing eyes.

"She disobeyed us, we should create an example out of her and perhaps it will lead him to us." The lead worshipper suggests.

"Please let me go." The demon student says in tears.

"We can't do that dear." The lead Worshipper responds.

The lead Worshipper addresses the other Students. "HERE WE HAVE ONE OF YOUR FELLOW STUDENTS WHO DISOBEYED OUR ORDERS! NOW YOU WILL SEE FIRST HAND WHAT THIS MEANS!"

He then pulls out a dagger from his robe.

Seeing the dagger the Student panics.

"PLEASE DON'T HURT ME. PLEASE!" She begs crying.

"HEY!" Someone calls out.

The lead worshipper looks at the direction where the call came from.

A student is no longer kneeling.

That Student is Alora Elsher (head of the disciplinary committee).

"Don't you dare harm her!" She warns.

The lead Worshipper releases the female demon Student from his grip.

"And who are you?" The lead Worshipper asks.

"I am Alora Elsher, the head of the disciplinary committee.I will not let you harm any Students." She states without fear.

She draws out her sword.

"Haha, interesting." The lead Worshipper laughs in amusement.

He snaps his finger.

A portal then appears behind the lead Worshipper.

Something then walks out the portal just created.

A golden golem standing at 10ft tall (3M).

"Let's see how strong you are without magic." The lead Worshipper instructs the golden golem to attack.

However all the other teachers step in with their own swords in hand.

"STUDENT'S REMAIN ON THE FLOOR!

"YEAH, LET US HANDLE THIS!" The other Professor instructed.

"WE WILL NO LONGER FOLLOW YOUR ORDERS!" The Professors declare to the Worshippers.

"How amusing. Attack Golem." The lead Worshipper instructs.

The golden golem with a golden sword charges at the Professors.

The Professors charge at the Golem and strike the giant, however the swords have no effect.

"WHAT?!"

"IT'S TOO DURABLE!"

"KEEP FIGHTING!"

The other Worshippers remain still observing the fight with the Golem and the Professors.

The Professors dodge the Golem with ease since its strikes are slow.

However no matter how much they strike the Golem with their swords it has no use, they are not even scratching the golem.

"Haha, it's useless, the Golem is made out of divine materials…the same resources used for God's weapons and Armour, you can strike it all you want, it's futile." The lead Worshipper comments.

The barrier of Daimotrox slowly wears down the stamina from the Professors, this causes them to become tired.

"I can't do this for much longer."

"Me neither, this barrier drains my energy."

"If we lose, then we are not worthy of being Professors."

The teachers are out of breath and struggle to stand.

The Golem then strikes hard at ground creating a power shockwave throwing all the Professors on the ground hard.

"AHHH!"They scream in pain.

The Golem walks over to one of the Professors who is on the ground in pain and exhausted like all the other Professors.

The Professor he walks over to is Professor Asparta.

Professor Asparat stares up at the Golem, who is about to kill her.

"Finish her off, then kill all the other Professors." The lead Worshipper instructs.

The Students are scared for their lives fearing that after they kill all the Professors, that they would be next to die.

The Golem is about to thrust his golden sword into Professor Asparta who is facing away with her eyes closed.

However as the sword is about to make contact with Professor Asparata the Golem seems to be frozen.

The lead Worshipper scans the crowd and sees Demonlise on his feet holding out his arm.

Demonlise holds the Golem in place using telekinesis.

Demonlise walks toward the Golem slowly.

"That's enough. Valoran will not appear here." Demonlise says to the lead Worshipper.

Demonlise slightly squints his eyes which crushes the Golem with telekinesis.

"Haha, it seems we are done here then." The lead Worshipper says, portals open up and the Worshippers disappear through the portals.

The barrier disappears and sunlight strikes the academy.

Demonlise casts astral (telepathy magic) to contact Valoran.

"Did you get all that?" He questions.

"Yes, you did well protecting the Professors and Students." Valoran compliments.

"Thankyou master. That means a lot, however it seems that they are after you." Demonlise says with caution.

"It does now I mean that they after you, seeing how you were able to crush the divine golem with magic inside the barrier revealed to them that you are wielding powers of a God." Valoran warns.

"As long as they focus on me rather than you it doesn't matter." Demonlise replies.

"I don't want to see you hurt my friend." Valoran counters.

"Don't worry, I can handle myself just fine." Demonlise states.

"I will always assist you no matter what, now Demonlise erase the memories of everyone except from Atticus, Selina, Biatrix, Merial and Artemsia. They should forget this horrible incident." Valoran instructs.

Demonlise cuts off astral (telepathy magic) with Valoran and proceeds to erase everyone's memories of this incident.

A bright light is created by Demonlise.

The light fades away.

"Why are we out here?"

"What happened?"

"Why are we on the floor?"

The Students and Professors ask.

The Students are being instructed to go inside the academy.

Meanwhile at the Halivaara second Academy.

Valoran is prepared to leave the second class Academy and return to his own Academy.

Yuka, Elly and Sara express their greatest gratitude toward him.

"Thank you so much for your teachings." Sara expresses with happiness.

"Thanks to you we are no longer being treated as trash." Yuka states with a smile.

"You gave us hope." Elly says filled with confidence.

"You are mistaken, it was you three that showed everyone what you are capable of, keep at it and never give up no matter what." Valoran kindly instructs.

The three nod at him with smiles on their faces.

Hours later Valoran makes his way home, it has become dark already.

Valoran walks through the capital, no one can be seen outside since all shops are closed for today.

A male voice calls out behind Valoran.

"What a shame…I thought the attack on the academy would make you take action." The mysterious voice says.

Valoran turns around.

Valoran smirks at the man, who has white hair and a tall muscular stature wearing a golden armour underneath a golden robe.

"I am sorry to disappoint you…King of the Gods Daimos."
