Returning Back Home

Norman was cold blooded just like Dave. And his father had told him to let go of his past and not avenge his lost but to try to make peace by reuniting with his half brother, Dave, but Norman refused.

Norman's father, Mr Tony Bright still lived with Norman, in Norman's mansion too, and he hoped that Norman would reconciled with Dave, As he wanted to adopted Dave after his wife death when she was murdered in cold blood, but Mr Jeff kept Dave away from his reach.

It hurt Mr Tony more to loose his wife to death and from the investigation he did, he heard it was Mr Jeff's wife that killed his own wife, but he didn't wanted to told Norman the truth about it, as he knew how cold blooded Norman was.

The report given to his son was that his mother got sick and died but Norman never bothered about mourning her as he believed she never cared about him and rather abandoned him to be with another married man, whereas Mr Jeff was the one whom threatened to kill Norman when he was little, if his mother hadn't gone with Mr Jeff then.

Mr Tony sat in the living downstairs of the duplex mansion but as Norman stepped inside, he questioned Norman,

"Norman, were you the one who launched the recent attack on one of the blacks warehouse?." Mr Tony asked as Norman walked into the living room and replied,

"Why should you be concerned about our enemies father?."

Mr Tony stared at Norman as he watched Norman walked to the bar in the living room and picked out a wine, before popping it open and poured into a glass cup

Norman turned to face him and said, "Even if their company collapse it isn't our business father."

Norman took a sip from the glass cup while Mr Tony warned,

"Norman! I have warned you to let the Jeff be"

Mr Tony shook his head and spoked, "Let this be the last time that you will launch any form of attack on them."

Mr Tony threw the secret new report magazine he was holding away to the trash bin.and he stood up and walk over to meet Norman whom stood quietly beside the bar, and Mr Tony picked out his own wine and said to his son,

"Instead of you to be thinking on how to reunite with your brother, you are rather plotting on how to destroy the only family you have left."

Mr Tony opened the wine and Norman replied,

"Never father! Never!. Dave is never my family and will never be my brother, nothing stops you from marrying another wife and giving me a direct step brother," Norman said.

"And nothing stops you too from marrying a wife and giving me grandchildren," Mr Tony replied.

"You are no longer a kid Norman, you are 30-yrs plus and you still think you a child. Stop the war against your brother and think of starting a family of your own" Mr Tony advised, as he open his favorite drink on the table and besides the bar to drink it.

Their servant immediately rushed to him to ask him if he would needed anything else to enjoy with the wine drink, but Mr Tony dismissed the servant and said, "No am fine."

Norman stared at his father in anger and left his father's presence, going upstairs to his room. As his father still scolded him like he was still a little boy and he over looked that because he loved his father dearly .

After leaving Mark's office, Dave drove back home, as since the recent attack he hasn't visited home to check-up on Ashley.

Although he had told her to requested of whatever she wanted from Helen but he had not reached home since three days yet.

Dave drove into the Jeff's residential garage and parked his car in the front of his own apartment, as he wanted to saw his father first in the main mansion about the recent attack, but he thought against it, not ready to face his stepmother yet.

Dave decided to saw his father later in the evening in his private office downstairs and inside of their mansion, as he was sure that his father has gotten the full reports on the recent attack, as they needed to took quick action in finding the culprit.

Ashley was inside Dave's apartment having a nice time all to herself as she was someone who knew how to enjoyed her own company.

.She didn't even bothered asking Helen nor any of the guard of Dave, Or when Dave would returned nor acted like she missed him, as she obviously didn't wanted to saw Dave either, knowing he was making her uncomfortable with his Intense handsome looks on her.

Ashley was rather enjoying herself eating whatever she wanted in his home, exercising however way she liked and most times watching her favorite movies in the parlour and drinking wine to sooth her mood, as she had spent just three days in his home and she hadn't seen him yet.

Ashley felt she was on holiday and she will soon head back home to her father's house once the one month is over.

Dave didn't told her why he would be away and that wasn't in her concerned to now care about him, as she wasn't interested in the marriage either. So it was better to fucus on enjoying herself than to worry about Dave until the one month was over..

Ashley heard the sound of Dave's car parking outside, and she immediately ran back into her room to dressed up properly as she was putting on only a black tight and her singlet top, after exercising for hours.

She was previously resting on the sofa in his parlour, after a tough warm-up exercise that she had done as she love exercising to built her muscles.

Dave finished locking up his car and he approached the mansion and stepped into the veranda, As his younger sister Clara, had gone back to school, so he was sure only Ashley and his maid, Helen were the only two people inside his house, As the guards lived outside on the next apartment closer to his.

Dave opened the door and went in, looking around the parlour as the television was still on and broadcasting and he knew someone was previously there watching it.

He went to took a seat and his maid Helen, came out of the kitchen and greeted him, "Good afternoon boss, Welcome home."

Helen walked over and she took up the television remote and switched it off. While the television stop displaying, she turned to went back to the kitchen but, Dave immediately stopped her, "Wait Helen, Where's Ashley?."

Helen turned back to face Dave and she replied, "I don't know Boss, let me go and check her in her room."

Helen quickly hurried to Ashley's room door to call Ashley and to inform her that Dave was back and requesting to seeing her.

Ashley quickly wore back her clothes and came out of her room as she had previously asked Helen for some new clothes and Helen had gone to the market and bought her some few seductive wears, at the boutique when she went to the market to refill the house with food stuffs.

"How are you doing?" Dave asked, as soon as Ashley stepped into the parlour to meet him and she sat down on the sofa across to him, while he was sitting and he took off his boot.

"Good afternoon, Am fine, as you can see," Ashley replied to him coldly and Dave sighed, "Hmph."

Dave went on removing his second boot, while shifting it to a corner, then he looked up and stared eagerly at her face, watching as her chest moved up and down with the nervousness she was feeling.

Ashley meet his gaze on her as he was staring at her chest and she felt very uncomfortable with the way he was staring at her, and wanted to got back inside, so she asked him, "Can I go in now?.

Dave looked up to meet her face again, and he asked, "Why?.Aren't you happy to see me or didn't you know that you are supposed to welcome me with a hug or a warm kiss probably," Dave teased and he saw Ashley frowned, while he relax back to the couch stare at her properly.

Despite the attacked at one of their firms, and all that has being ongoing, returning home to seeing Ashley was all that mattered most to him even as he knew she could took good care of herself, being a tough lady and could fight as he was less worried about her being attacked, but he really wanted to saw her as he had missed her.
