CHAPTER SIXTEEN

As Lorenzo walked out and saw Antonov exiting the kitchen, he knew where his target was. He gave him a sharp nod as Lorenzo walked past him.

When he got to the kitchen, he was instantly transfixed by the sight in front of me. Natasha's back was facing him, and she stood beside Sarah.

The back of her dress was stretched perfectly over her round ass. What a view, he thought with a smirk.

Shaking his head after a few seconds, he took in a deep breath and put himself together. Looking up, he saw the other two maids staring at Natasha with bored expressions, clearly not happy with another maid joining them.

Sarah, however, looked excited. She was receptive, kind, and motherly towards the younger maids.

Sarah had been working for the estate for about thirty-eight years, starting as a teenager in the mansion. She came before Lorenzo was born and had been one of the first maids his father hired.

Sarah had shown loyalty over the years, and she quickly became the favorite maid, of his mother. And, over the years, Sarah had trained more maids.

Laura tried to be condescending and of course, Lorenzo couldn't have it. Even if she was right about the house having all the necessary help they needed, it didn't still matter.

If he said he needed one, Sarah better create a role to accommodate her. Questioning him meant losing her job and Lorenzo wouldn't think twice about kicking them out, except Sarah, of course.

He had zero tolerance for people challenging his decisions. His word and command were the laws that governed the household, as well as his business.

As he stepped forward, they cowered, all manner of sneering wiped off their faces. Head bowed, avoiding his gaze, "are you done with work for you to be deciding who stays and doesn't?"

Sarah swiveled around, hand on her hips as she stared at Lorenzo. But he wasn't looking at her. He couldn't because the blonde-fierce-looking girl standing beside her had his full attention.

Her body had tensed at his voice, and she moved nervously on her feet.

Natasha slowly turned around, and they instantly made eye contact, her wide hazel eyes staring at him with surprise and shock.

Lorenzo noticed how her body trembled under his unflinching gaze, and, how she was quick to retake her boldness, staring him straight in the eyes.

She was definitely affected by his presence but hid her reaction well. Lorenzo couldn't wait to make sure that even the sound of his feet frightened her. Why was he dedicating so much time to this girl when he had things to handle? Lorenzo couldn't answer that himself.

"She is going to work here with you. Sarah, you can assign her work schedule," he continued as he kept his eyes on Natasha. "Her name is Natasha. Or, is it?" He asked, rubbing his chin with a smirk.

She swallowed hard and squirmed nervously on the spot.

His gaze slowly made its way down her body. Her dress fit her perfectly, showcasing her curves in the right places. And her legs. Damn, those legs.

As he stared at her legs, all he could think about was having them wrapped around his waist as he pounded relentlessly into her.

When he felt himself growing hard, he quickly snapped out of his thoughts, moving his eyes away.

He looked back up and saw her suck in a deep breath. She stared at him, her eyes fearful as she took a step back.

Oh, that was even the reason he wanted entertainment at the club. Pleasure. Guess he wouldn't be having it tonight after all. Or, he could get her to serve that purpose. Besides, she was a club girl.

How difficult would it be for her to please him?

His desire for her was written all over his face. He didn't hide it. He let her see what he wanted and then shut down his expression again. It was all part of the game. Let them see, but not too much. Let them feel and then take it away. Let them want and give little.

He gave them a sharp nod and then started to back out of the kitchen. He saw Sarah giving him a suspicious look before turning toward Natasha. He didn't care.

Lorenzo making his way towards his study, Matteo cornered him. The expression on his face was disappointment and warning. "We should get rid of that girl," he began as Lorenzo ignored his presence, walking into his study. "Nobody is that clean on our database. We find anybody and anything. Don't you find it mysterious that out of all the girls, she is the caught your attention?"

Lorenzo sighed, taking a seat. "Matteo, I would appreciate it if you focus on digging the source of that envelope and those attacking us. Leave the little girl to me. I'll handle her. It's no big deal."

"But, I'm concerned."

"Matteo," he growled. Matteo knew it was best to stop. Going further might lead to something unfavorable.

Changing the subject, "we caught an intruder in our of the warehouses. Do you want to deal with him or. . ?"

"Deal with him. Make sure you have as much information as possible. I have other things to do."

"Yes, boss."

"Matteo, get me two of our best men. I have a special assignment for them. Someone I want them to keep a close eye on."

Matteo raised his brows but said nothing. Instead, he nodded and left the office.

Lorenzo knew that Matteo's protest was for a good course, yet, he decided to continue with his plan. He trusted his guts about Natasha. Was he sure it wasn't lust that was temporarily deciding for him?

Lorenzo, having settled for the day, left his study after finishing some work and headed to his room to freshen up. If he had brought doom to himself, the best he could do was be ready to handle it, and the start was with a fresh shower.
