Chapter 31: An Uneasy Feeling
There was a distinct moment in which Ash could’ve sworn he heard someone cry out for help. He huffed softly as he glanced around, the territory had been invaded by rogues again, but this time he had managed to get information from one of them who had squealed like a newborn pup once he had been interrogated. Ash had made quick work of him since the rogue he had caught had been useful up until he no longer needed any information from him. He then brushed off his hands on his pants and made his way back towards the packhouse but froze when he saw Thea’s car parked in the driveway.
