The only people who were just quietly sipping their drinks lamenting what they just heard were the straw hat, the older man next to him, and Ken.

After a while, the old man quietly left without saying a word that left the two but they didn't sit for long both finished up their drinks and started to leave.

As they were on their way to get out of the pub the man took off his straw hat and extended his hand 

"Your words have given me a lot to think about. I just didn't see the point of changing the little things in my life. Thank you young man if fate gets us back together I will repay this favor with advice of my own."

The face that was hiding behind the straw hat wasn't what I expected to see which was a face of late 20s face with a beautiful beard.

Ken immediately knew that this man was a cultivator from the way he addressed him but he had no way of finding out the truth so he did what he hated to do and bowed down and took off his hood.

"Sir immortal it was my pleasure getting your insights I also benefited from your teachings." 

The straw hat narrowed his eyes for a second as a small sparkle went through his eyes and said "It looks like I was found and by a mortal no less. Instead of advice, you look like you need food." As he extended his hand to bring a two-jade bottle out of nowhere "You are a mortal so this would be enough to make you fit."

I was embarrassed but didn't show it in my face as I accepted the two jade bottles. As I was about to ask if he was from the yin-yang sect he had already disappeared.

Ken got out of the pub which was close to the docs and started to head back to the docs to find the recruiters.

It didn't take long because at the far edge of the docs, there were plenty of carriages. As I got closer many women dressed in expensive and extravagant dresses that made them look like show peacocks.

The young masters and miss didn't look happy at all when I joined them one of them came up to me and started to curse for not seeing my equals and pointed to another group of people who had the same kind of clothes and tried to shoo me away.

A beautiful woman suddenly appeared out of nowhere and started to stare daggers at both of us. The young master was scared shitless as she asked for an explanation for the disturbance and tried to massage the truth to make it friendlier.

She asked us for our pass I took out my letter which was in a red envelope which surprised the woman. I didn't know why she was surprised and looked for his which was white but he didn't care about mine.

She "You don't disturb or next time your invitation will be removed." And she turned to me and continued "You can come with me."

As I followed the woman the young master had a smug look on his face thinking he won. The woman led me to a normal airship and gestured for me to enter and wait.

I did as I was told and after some time the airship was full and flew up to the tale of the gigantic ship where she started to open her back large enough for the ship.

We got off the ship to find a spacious 20 by 40-meter hall as people were marveling at the place a man and a woman came to the front and led us into one corner and gave us a small disc and a small book after taking our letters and explained

"The book is for the sects' rules and other common insights and the disc is a key for your rooms and the arrow leads to your room. We will depart in three days and start your assessments. You are dismissed."

As we were trying to find our rooms some other fellows were called up to follow the woman who led us a separate rooms and started to interrogate us as to how we got our letters.

I answered truthfully about it and if I was sent from another sect as a spy which I wasn't so I passed but others who thought this was just a simple interrogation tried to lie but were taken to never be seen again.

They let me go to my room on the way out I saw a magnificent seen where the ship had to level with the lower level being the size of a city containing everything you would need there was even a big dueling arena and sparing areas. I didn't know what was in but I saw a whole forest and tall pagodas.

Mine was on the lower level near one of the sparing arenas. As I got close to it I saw a two-story house. Placing my disc near the door it clicked open and gave way to a living room with couches and meditation mats with the wall having two colors black and white. Looking around the house I found an underground room that looked like a laboratory. 

Ken searched for his room and the disc indicated he was on the ground floor on the black side.

Seeing that it hadn't become nightfall yet. Ken went to his bedroom and found a fancy bed with beautiful carvings on the walls. The room didn't look like the simple design of the ship.

Ken put his bag near his bed and took the manual out to read the rules he had to follow and to see what kind of organization. 

The manual was short but the main rules are

Before one can be recognized as a member of the sect, the disciples must accept the sect seal, which will be created through dual cultivation or getting a spiritual tattoo depending on the peak you join.

Once the sect seal is imprinted onto your body, you will have to follow the sect's rules. If you decide to break the rules or betray the sect, the sect seal will completely cripple your cultivation base if not outright kill you. Of course, if you ever feel that you no longer want to be a part of the sect, we can assist you with removing the sect seal, which will not affect you in any way.

You will not cultivate with another sect inheritance besides ours for as long as you are a member of this sect. This should be self-explanatory, but if you betray us, the sect seal will immediately kill you.

You will not purposefully plot against, harm, or kill anyone within the sect. If you have any grievances with another within the sect that cannot be solved personally, you will come to the law enforcement peak, and we will promise to sort it out. 

Depending on the severity, the punishment will vary. In most cases, if you don't kill anyone, you will only have your cultivation crippled, but the accusers must have evidence to support their claim.

You will not do anything that may tarnish our sect's reputation or another peak of our sect for that matter. Again, depending on the severity, you may be crippled or killed.

Once you accept the sect seal, only the yin-yang peak elders will be able to remove it for you. If you forcibly try to remove it... let's just say you don't want to find out.

You are obligated to accept missions from the sect at least once every 2 years to renew the sect seal. The time might vary depending on your status in the sect, this is taken for outer disciples.

In addition to this rule, the manual had the peak names and their unique job descriptions.

Law enforcement peak – rules and regulation 

Cliff of broke hearts – plant and animal care and recruiters

Heavenly Joy Peak -- charm instructor

Chamber of Embrace – cultivation organizer 

Cloud conception peak – main sect defense and offense

Depraved profanity peak – seduction instructor

Myriad Fragrance Peak – Dao education 

Passionate Blossom peak – sect specialty production 

Chimera Shadow Garden – spying and investigations

Magma coffin peak – storage and prison protectors

Climax channel peak – alchemy and formation 

Naked Sword Peak – management of affiliated organizations
