Aurora’s POV
Just as I predicted Faith had gotten in over her head. Despite being a werewolf, with no training in drinking, she was as lightweight as a human would be. Her words were slurred, but thankfully she was still in control of herself.
“Looks like somebody had fun,” I said.
She laughed while her face was buried in my hair. I was holding her steady while Dillion was bringing the car around. Alex had insisted on waiting with me and I was too concerned with Faith to argue.
“She’s not much of a drinker, is she?” Alex asked breaking the silence between us.
As much as I admired his incessant attempts, I was growing weary of his presence. All I wanted now was to get Faith home, strip out of these clothes and think about my date last night with Liam.
“We’re only eighteen, she’s never had a drink outside of wine other than tonight.”
Werewolves didn’t follow many rules made by humans, but one rule both of our parents followed was no drinking until we were twenty-one.
