But how can I even think of capturing my own father , what was the reason ? How could I separate a father from his daughter and wife? Now I felt even more guilty because I have taken both of Meddy's parents away from her. I could only wonder how she manages to keep her cool every single day.

I wanted to know why she wasn't mad at me at all. As if she could read my mind she asked " do you know why I don't miss my father or why I'm not mad at you?"

"Yes."

"Because you were not at fault sister Ezrine. In fact that selfish and deceitful man was."

"Don't say that !" I almost yelled.

" You don't know what that despicable father of yours did !" she yelled for real. I gave her a hard glare before I walked away.

I reached my room and I started venting out my anger at the objects in the room. Until a beautiful sculpture of two dolphins on opposite sides of what looked like a throne but it was blurry as if it was inside water with a weird stick with it landed in my hands.

I pressed my finger against the stick behind the throne and water came out of the dolphins' mouths but the water went to the ceiling instead of the floor. When I looked up the water wrote "Nogapele Agaton , to unlock this message bring forth the scales of the king of the blue sea!" I gasped at seeing the message the print of the scales shown by the water looked exactly like the ones I saw on my pyjamas the other day.

I took the sculpture back where I found it and I knew I had to share this information with Meddy. Without thinking twice I headed to her room and I found her sitting on her dressing table and I just told her everything.

"What!" she responded to the things I just told her.

"Yes I don't know what that meant."

"The thing that worries me is the fact that your name was written by the water from the sculpture. How is it connected to you?"

"Even I don't know Meddy."

"We have to find out and for that we have to find Ronela and get our powers back."

"But where do we start searching Meddy?"

"The Nogase Mountain because it was your favourite place."

"Okay let's go before the family return."

We went out and headed towards the Nogase Mountain. I tried to think about all the places I could have binded him but I could not think of any place.

Finally we reached the mountain , all that was left was to climb the mountain. We collect the strength to climb the mountain. I could feel the difference between my fully human form and my serpent form. Had I been in my serpent form it would have been easy but the human body was not keeping up.

We reached the cave of the Nosega realm. We went inside as per Meddy's order.

"Ezrine we are in our world now." Meddy reminded shouting in joy. The place was big like the one I used to see in my dreams. I had been here before but I wasn't too focussed on how the place looked like.

"Do we have to search this place?"

"Yes if we want our powers back, we have to find out where Ronela is because only he can help us and I forgot to tell you that tonight is the lunar eclipse night so we have to find Ronela fast."

"Okay."

We started searching the place. The place had many rooms and many interesting spots but only one spot caught my attention and that was the place where the only tree was planted. There was The Cross Of Calvary on it. I knelt down and I started praying when all of a sudden I could hear music playing but I didn't where the sound came from.

Meddy came to stand with me and as if the sound was controlling us we started dancing a certain dance I've never danced and never seen before. Before we could finish the dance Meddy fell down because her legs were tired.

I stopped as well and the sound also left. I turned to Meddy and I found her crying.

"Why are you crying?" I asked.

"Ezrine I'm sorry."

"What are you sorry for Meddy?"

"I forgot such an important thing. Tonight is going to be the lunar eclipse night. The dance we were performing is not an ordinary dance "

"Huh! What are you saying?"

"That dance is performed to please The Almighty. Had we danced until the end of it, he could have returned our powers. I'm so sorry I totally forgot that everytime when the lunar eclipse night is about to appear, serpents gather to please The Almighty and get a blessing as a reward." Meddy explained.

"It's okay we will find Ronela he will help us get our powers just stay calm and try not to cry." I comforted her.

"It's already late Ezrine, the lunar eclipse moon will be at its brightest at 7pm and now it is already 6pm. There is nothing we can do. We couldn't find Ronela and we also couldn't please our creator. We might as well give in to the cruel humans just like the rest of our realm.

"No! I refuse to give up Meddy. I've got a lot of things that I need to do and no matter what I'm going to find out what happened 700 years ago."
