Chapter 7

It's been 2 years since then, Hoshiro learned newly awaken Mukoton, while perfecting the basics...but the biggest change is, He and Hinata apparently became the best of the friends, with him being the only person in the entire world, that she talks without shuttering, and after her mother's death, and her uncle's being gone and brother Neji's change of attitude, Hyuga compound is nothing sort of less than of hell.

Today, was the day that Hoshiro was going to start the academy, and as he and Tsunade stood in front of the Academy building, Hoshiro took a deep breath. It had not been a good night for him he had barely gotten any sleep. Sensing his discomfort Tsuande kneeled down to his level.

"I Still Remember my first day at the academy, I was just as nervous as you are, but you know what, It's gonna be alright, everything is gonna be perfect and my dear Hoshiro-kun, have lots of fun alright?", Tsunade hugged him and she felt a few tears wet her gi, "I love you, Auntie." He whispered.

"I love you too", With one last smile, Tsunade gave him a kiss on a cheek, as she pushed him further and left."

Hoshiro took on more deep breaths and entered the academy. He took a few seconds to look around the room, most of the kids look average, but Hoshiro did recognize some of the clan kids. There was one child from the Aburame, Hyuga, Akimichi, Inuzuka, Nara, Yamanaka, and Uchiha clans each. The only other person who caught his attention was a girl with pink hair sitting next to the Yamanaka girl, Hinata smiled at him sweetly as she was too shy to wave her hand to him, he smiled at the shy surrogate sister of his, he was brought out of his thoughts by a shout near the front of the room.

"Hey, brat!" Hoshiro looked toward the front of the class and saw Anko who was smirking.

"I'm going to be teaching you this year." She said

Hoshiro raised an eyebrow, "What can you teach me? I beat you." His voice was full of innocence.

"That.match.was.not.started. in. the. first. place", her voice was dangerously low

"Still, doesn't change the fact that you are weak", Hoshiro said with full of innocent voice

Taking the cue, that his girlfriend is gonna scare the kids away, Iruka lept with speed faster than of his rank, Iruka grabbed Anko and held her back from attacking Hoshiro. It took a few moments for Iruka to calm her down. During that time a few things happened. But the most important thing was that the kids sweat dropped at Anko, 'Is she gonna teach us?', thought nearly every single student.

After a few more kids, made their way inside, Iruka started the introduction of his and Anko's, but she has another job as well, she is the interrogator of T&I department as well, who specializes in torturing, well, the kids don't need to know that.

He was getting bored at the last seat, sitting near the window, after a few hours of classes, Grandpa Hokage will give a speech regarding the will-of-fire, on the rooftop, Sighing, he decided to meditate.

It was just a pity that there were no sensors around here or they would have noticed that Hoshiro's chakra disappeared like it was never there in the first place

[Iruka can not sense the entire time, he created an original technique that allows him to sense anyone near him after he activates it.]

Suddenly he sensed a huge amount of chakra, the chakra that burned brighter than the very sun itself, The boy's charka felt happy and energetic, but as he probed deeper, the charka got all darker, until all Hoshiro felt was anger and hatred.

He let the charka wash over him, and the next noise he heard was the sound of dripping water. The first thing he saw when he opened his eyes was a dark sewer. Getting up and pushing down the fear in chest Hoshiro started walking to the only path available. It was only a minute later that he came upon a giant cage with a seal in the middle of it, as he got near a giant red eye appeared causing Hoshiro to fall. Soon the darkness left and what was left in its place was a giant orange fox with nine-tails waving behind it.

It spoke and it's voice that of a growl and it held anger in it, "Who are you boy? You aren't my jailer. How did you get here?"

"M-My name is Senju Hoshiro, and I was just meditating, and I guess it took me here?"

The fox looked at him, 'Yes, he is a Senju, I can feel Hashirama's chakra inside of him, and that face I still remember that face, but to be able to be here, Just Like Hashirama this guy is a sensor, a very powerful one at that'

"Do you know who I am?"

"You are the Nine-Tails fox or Kyūbi no Kitsune. You are one of nine tailed beasts or bijū, that the Sage of Six paths created from the Ten-tails or Jūbi." Hoshiro replied

"Do you know when I was first sealed?"

Hoshiro nodded, "Madara Uchiha summoned you against Hashirama Senju during their battle at the Valley of the End, and Madara controlled you with his eyes. After Hashirama defeated his former friend fearing for the safety of the village, he sealed you into his wife Mito Uzumaki."

The fox raised an eyebrow, "You are very well informed, Tell me how do you know these details?"

Hoshiro sighed, "You don't understand, just how tough it is, to be a Senju Heir, I have to read for hours, and that damn library, it's just a non-ending room full of books and scrolls, that's where I read everything about you, my Great GrandUncle wrote it in one of the books, anyway, why do people chase the boy every year? Because they think he is you?"

The fox nodded.

A couple of moments passed and Hoshiro got a smile on his face, "Hey I just thought of something since the Senju are descended from the Sage of Six paths and since he created you, that kind of makes us cousins. We're family." Hoshiro said happily.

The fox growled, "Family? FAMILY, HOW DARE YOU KID, Family does not lock away each other. The family does not use each other as a pawn in their DAMN WARS! If we were family then why did he seal me into his wife, and then a young girl, and finally this ramen obsessed fool if I was family, why have I been locked away for close to a century?" The fox challenged.

While Kyuubi was speaking the fox's killing intent had been rising and by the time it was finished, Hoshiro was shaking from head to toe from the force of it, "M-Maybe he did it to protect you? I mean, if one Uchiha could take control of you, then it means that another one could do it as well. Since he couldn't force the Uchiha to leave without starting another war, he could have thought that it was safer for you to be kept safe in a human being. As for the other thing you said about being used in wars, my surrogate mother who raised me, for 6 years, once said that "Sometimes we hurt the people we loving trying to protect them."

Hoshiro finished with a sad smile. The fox's anger cooled after what the boy had said. For so long his mind had been filled with hate for the humans who had sealed him away. He had been trapped for almost a hundred years only to be freed and once again be controlled by an Uchiha. Then when he had control of himself again he was sealed into a helpless baby.

He would always hate humans but the boy's words had hit a cord that he had never thought about, could this had been a way to protect him? The boy had earned his respect, the fox put it head down on his its paws, "You are a strange but wise young human." Were its only words. A few moments passed. "Cousin Fox can I touch your tails they look very soft?"

"NO", Hoshiro was thrown out of the mindscape

"Tch, what a petty fox", murmured Hoshiro
