Lily is alive (59)

Ariel woke up in a white hospital room. She was wrapped in a blanket that was warm and could not move. She looked over to see Lily in a bed next to her.

They were both alive. But how?

Soon a Doctor dressed in white came in and looked at the machines Ariel was hooked up to.

"I's sees you is awakes. Yous is very lucky me's assistant sees yous in see water." He said.

Ariel noticed the weird accent he had and tried to speak but could not. What was wrong with her.

"Don'ts trys to speaks. I's gaves yous a shot that is frozen yours voice."

Ariel gave him a look of puzzlement.

"Ifs yous can't speaks" he then smiled a evil smile, "then yous can't calls for helps. Yous is my news tests subjects. But first I's need to get yours strength back ups."

Ariel had a look of fear and she glanced over at Lily.

"Shes has a few bruises but shes be fine. I's really don't needs her but I's think yous will probably be more compliant ifs her here."

Ariel panicked with fear now.

"I's promise, I's won't hurt yous ors the child. I's just needs a strong test subject. From what I's can tells yous were ins the water a's long time. Yous have to be strong to stays afloat likes thats. I's am going tos do some bloods tests rights now." He said pulling her arm out of the blanket.

Ariel tried to move but could not. It was not the blanket holding her down. Her body just would not work.

He took four viles of blood then bandaged her arm and tucked it under the blanket.

"I's will let you gets up tommarow's. I's Then will start my experiment." He said walking out.

Ariel looked over once more at Lily. A tear ran down her cheek. How was she going to save Lily.

The next morning the doctor and a young man dressed in lab coats came in. They gave Ariel a shot of some thing. It hurt really bad but she could move now.

"Takes its easy. Wes is ins no hurrys."

Ariel sat up and moved her arms. She then asked for a piece of paper and a pen.

"Gets it fors her Paul." The man said.

Then man name Paul walked over to a desk and pulled out a pen and pad and handed to to Ariel.

[How long have we been here?]

"Twos day."

[What are you going to do with me?]

"I's needs to use yours womb. I's wants to makes a smarts super childs."

[After I give birth you will let me go?]

"Yes" He smiled.

[Let Lily go and I will stay and do as you wish. She has not woken up so she does not know I am here. Tell her father you only found her covered in blood floating. I give my word if you send her back I will not try to escape.]

"I's do its. Paul takes the little ones backs to lands. Tell thems the story thats Miss saids. Whats is yours names?"

[Ariel Marie Jensen]

He smiled at her with that evil grin and a shiver went down her spine. She would give up her life to save Lily.

Harrison sat in the living room with Marcus. It had been two days of searching and the body's of the girls had still not been found. When his phone rang he jumped then answered.

"Hello."

"Is this Mr. McKenna?"

"Yes."

"I need you to come to the hospital. A little girl fitting the description of your daughter was brought in."

"I'll be right there. Was there a woman with her?"

"No, The man that bought her said she was out on the water floating alone."

Harrison hung up and called JJ as they where running out of the house to the hospital.

When they arrived Heny came out of the room. "Harrison, it's her. Lily will be fine. She is in a coma right now but should wake up soon. I talked to the young man that found her. She was wrapped in a pair of jeans that was used to keep her afloat. She was barely a live but a friend of his help warm her up and when she was stable had her sent here. He said she was covered in blood but nothing on her was wounded."

Marcus dropped to his knees. Ariel saved Lily. If he would of listen to her in the first place she would not have had to die to save Lily.

They went in. It took another two days for Lily to wake up.

When she woken she asked where Ariel was.

"Lily, tell us what you remember." JJ asked.

"Sarah hurt me really bad. Ariel came in and Sarah hurt her too. They were mad at us and hit me. I woke up with Ariel on a boat and Ariel tried to protect me. We fell into the water. I kept swallowing water and everything went dark. When I woke up Ariel had me on her back. The water was cold. She made her pants blow up and we floated. It was really cold and I went to sleep. I woke up here."

Lily's story made everyone's heart hurt. If they had listen then Ariel would be here too.

As the weeks started to go by, Lily returned to school with a new bodyguard. Female that was not allowed to ever leave her side.

She had became very quite after all this and would sit all day and read.

Harrison found Sarah and she was sent to a underground detention that JJ's group ran. They did not have enough proof to send her to jail and even then she could seek revenge if she wanted to. This was a better way.

Marcus went back to Harborview to work. He just could not get Ariel out of his thought. He had to return in a few weeks for his fathers trial and was not looking forward to it.

Harper sat in the little room watching Kara. She just sat there looking out the window most days.
