A trickle of blood flowed from his ear. Wu Kong couldn't help but lightly touch it and sigh before lowering his head, and Di Tou couldn't help but turn to face the direction of the disturbance once more.
A short moment later, Di Tou couldn't help but ask, "What just happened."
Remaining silent, Wu Kong looked at the floor, and after letting out a frown, Di Tou asked again with a bit more force, "What happened."
Wu Kong raised his head and simply said, "The worst-case situation."
Frowning, Di Tou thought for a moment before saying, "Let's go."
Wu Kong looked at him for a moment before saying, "For what?"
Di Tou rolled his eyes and said, "Do you know how to get out of this forest? Are you confident that they can't track us down? We might as well go and see if there's anything we can do. If we're lucky, we can push one of the parties to death in the process, and if not, it's not like our situation can get any worse."
