Black moon

After talking to Flair and Teros i entered the corridors again in order to search the corpses of dead. I was looking for that metal insignia if any corpse had one. I enter the fifth corridor and started searching, then the forth, and didn't find anything except for the usual headless and insect bitten corpses. But on the third when i opened one of the doors i found the metal insignia in the hand of girl. This confused me because i was shore that the remaining two cousins of mine were males.

While i was happy that at least one of them was alive, i didn't know what message was he sending. So i kept searching in other rooms hopping to find a clue and on the same corridor i found an empty room with the insignia on the ground. This made me very happy. Both of them were alive but just to be sure i kept searching the halls and didn't find anything else. While i was coming back towards the entrance and a thought came to my mind. Food is the word that echoed in my mind. And a question arose. How are these children still alive? , what are they eating?.

I ran towards the entrance and found everyone grouped in one place. A big, extremely big basket was ascending from above. I couldn't see what was in it but people were gathered at one place so i thought it was something important. I observed the basket as it lowered from the hole. Who is lowering it? I thought to myself. Is it the same person who trapped me here? Same person who opened the doors?

The basket came to the ground and everyone attached it like it had money in it. But to my surprise it had something far valuable then money "food".It was filled with bread and bottles of water. Everyone was pushing eachother aside.

Blood, blood someone yelled.

Turns out these people were so focused on getting the bread that they stepped on one poor guy. He was squished like a lemon and his blood was everywhere on the ground.

There was a small pause but no one knew him so they continued with grabing as much food. They were scared because no one knew when the next basket was coming.

20 big strong guys made a circle around the basket. They were preventing people from grabing more food. 50 guys startes beating the people who had food to recover it. People were upset at first and some preferred taking the beating instead of giving back the food so they had to forcefully take it. After all the food was recovered. Teros stepped in the light and yelled:

"I know everyone is scared you all think that this might be our last meal but look the basket big enough that it needs 20 people to completely cover it. Everyone i want you to calm the fuck down."

Everyone who was yelling at these guys for taking the food went silent and this silence continued for a little while until Teros broke it with these world:

" Look i know everyone wants a bite of it. Its been 3 weeks that the doors of the fifth corridor were opened and food started coming from the hole every week. Then slowly and slowly the doors of the other corridors started opening and the last corridor doors was opened today. The people who came before made a habbit of grabbing as much food as they could leaving the other without anything but now its different. The food comes every week and we the Black Moon will disturb it evenly amongs all of you".

I was shocked by 2 things, the first being that this son of a bitch could talk, Flair lied to me.

And the second one was that the fifth hall opened about 3 weeks ago. Questions came to my mind: Who was giving me food for last 3 weeks? Was it someone from this group? How long have i been here for?

Teros and his group start handing down the food. I got in the line to take my portion, i was the last one and when my turn came i took the food and asked him if we could talk. He said that he will find me. Teros and his company were giving just enough food for one meal to these people. This food was suppose to last a week so they divided it in 21 meals per person, 3 per day for everyone and you could have it when the time of the meal comes. The food was guarded by the Black Moon. I was happy because i was getting to eat 3 times a day. After eating my first meal Teros came to me.

He apologized for lying to me about not speaking. He said he was accessing of whether i was useful or not judging by my behavior.

Teros: You aren't week nor you look dumb. Does 3 weeks shocked you that much.

Vin: It did, seeing the camp i guessed that it had been 3 to 4 days since everyone was freed but 3 weeks was a lot.

Teros: I know you have alot of question so I'm here to respond them one by one.

After a small pause i said.

Vin: Yes, I'm very confused right now and in fact have alot of questions is different.

Teros: let's see.

Vin: Did the people from the fifth corridor saw who was the person in charge of feeding the other corredores?

Teros: No! (after a small pause he added)

No one knows. I had the same question when i was librated from the second corridor but no one saw anyone. They think that the people in the locked rooms received it magically. Which is not a bad explanation.

Vin frustrated: Tell me when was every halls doors opened.

Teros: The fifth about 3 weeks ago. The forth about 2 weeks ago. The third and second about a week ago. And then the fifth today. I visited the fifth corridor while it was unlocked and tried opening a door but it was impossible but i couldn't figure out how to unlock it so i gave up.

Vin more frustrated: Yeah! While i was opening the doors looking for people , i find it strange that the doors don't have key holes and couldn't understand how the doors were unlocked. Anyway thanks for everything today.

Teros: Your welcome.

Teros and Vin shared a meal and after finishing it Teros asked Vin to join his group but Vin being cautious asked for some time to think about it so Teros gave him until the next food delivery.
