I guess it's true that love changes people, if someone was to tell me a year ago that I would be the mate of Vincent Hades I would have laughed at them, but now I could not have wished for a better mate.

We are made for each other my perfect happy the only one that has my heart but what pains me is that if I tell him now I would ruin everything.

I am sure that he doesn't like me in that way well who would I guess you can say that I am average Jane but I can't help but feel this way.

He wants to make me his queen, his goddess that will stand by him for the rest of eternity.

I feel like I am on cloud nine. Vincent is everything I could ever wish for from his good morning kisses to him calling me beautiful and the way he laughs and the way he looks at me and oh those gorgeous green eyes I can't help but get lost in them

I am in love and I admit it but not to anyone else.

It has been four days since I promised to tell Vincent the truth about my past and why Matt hates him so much and it's all my fault.

In these four days, Autumn and Nate have gone back to their pack and in three weeks' time it will be time for their mating ceremony and she was introduced to the pack as the new Luna.

Vincent has been looking for someone to take Autumn's place but no one is fit for that position I guess we have to continue looking.

Ever since Jordan and Vincent talked in the Alphas office I feel like they are hiding something from me and I need to find out what it is. Jordan and Sydney are now drifting apart from each other.

They no longer look in love they look like they got in a big argument and something is obviously wrong and I have to find out.

And then we have Elizabeth who has surprisingly taken the rejection from her ex-mate well and she looks so happy but she is leaving tomorrow to do something with someone I don't know why but Vincent won't tell me what is wrong.

I guess he has his right to keep his secrets and I am keeping secrets from him so I have more right to be mad at him or anything but I need him to be open with me.

"Like you are an omen to him, "Ife says.

"I am," I say back to her but she does not reply.

"I am sick and tired of you and your attitude," Sydney says.

Ugh, even I can hear them from the library.

I went out to see what is going on and I see Sydney with a suitcase.

"Oh, you are tired of my attitude? Well, why don't you leave then." Jordan said.

"Fine, I will," Sydney said.

"Okay bye, I knew accepting you as my mate was a mistake, I should just have rejected you when I realized that we were mates," Jordan said and a look of hurt spread across Sydney's face.

Ouch!

"I always told you that I don't like liars and you lied to me for two years straight so go bye I don't need you anymore. You cheated on me time without number but now I can't handle it anymore." Jordan says and with that, he storms out of the room.

As Sydney was taking her suitcase and was about to leave she saw me and started crying and all her make up was ruined.

She ran and left but I don't know where she went to and I have to ask Vincent what is going on because I can't watch his sister's life get ruined.

I see Vincent coming down the stairs and ask him.

"Vincent, what happened between Sydney and Jordan?" I asked

"Wow Zoe, wow just go straight to the point with the guy whose sister's life is falling apart," Ife said.

"Just shut up," I tell her.

Vincent doesn't reply he just walks up to me and kisses me and of course, I kiss him back.

"Baby please just tell me, "I beg Vincent to tell me as I break the kiss. He sighs

"Fine, but not here" he replies and takes me to the library.

Yay, I think to myself.

As we enter the library I see the book that I was reading lying on the floor and when Vincent sees the book he picks it up and keeps it on the shelf like I am not supposed to see it.

"Vincent "I call his name to let him know that I am still waiting for my answer.

"Well the reason for that argument was because she lied," he said.

"What?"

"Zoe she has been lying to him to every one of us, we all thought that she had a problem when it came to having children but then Sydney saw her abortion pills when he was looking for some files, he asked her what's going on and Zoe she has been taking this pill for two years now she has been killing their children and now she wants nothing to do with Jordan. After she is the one that betrayed him I guess she is just like her father they be there betrayed the people that loved them and she said that she does not love Jordan that she is in love with a human can you believe it, Zoe?

A human! She betrayed her mate for a human. She lied and he can never forgive her I won't be surprised if he breaks the mate bond because this is too much.

I can't believe it she betrayed her family and her pack and now she has gone to Australia to live with that human that she so loves but we will find a better beta female for Jordan." he explains with tests coming out from his eyes

"But she is your sister and yo-" I get interrupted.

"She is not my sister I don't like liars she should have just told the pack and she should have told us but it's ok-" before Vincent could continue he went down to his knees grunting in pain.

"Vincent, what's wrong?" I ask him with genuine concern.

"It's Sydney she is breaking the bond, she's cutting ties with the pack and the family, oh no I have to go to Jordan this is going to hurt him more than anyone else. Oh my," he says whilst grunting in pain.

It should hurt him more than Jordan they are blood after all.

I help him leave the library and get to Jordan. The sight in front of me is appalling.

Jordan is red. His skin looks like it's about to fall off.

Is this what breaking a bond looks like?

I don't ever want to break my bond with Vincent then.

The pain looks so bad.

Vincent engulfs Jordan into a hug and it's like he's draining the pain away.

I leave them both to head back to the library.

I scroll through the shelves and I don't know what I'm looking for. 

This family has so much drama but mine also has drama. Every family has its ups and downs.

A book with saffron pleated in gold catches my eye.

I remove the book from the shelf and read the title.

"The Saving Grace of The Wolf World

The true legend."

I'm in the history section.

I wonder what it says.

I have a bad habit of checking the ending of a story before reading it, so I do just that.

I flip to the ending of this delicate book and see it's faded but I can still understand some part of it. 

"And it says, A legend says that when a white wolf meets a black wolf they will mate and then will be the most powerful, the would become gods and Lycians but they will not let the people worship them for they will only worship the true God and if they don't the consequences will be disastrous and the werewolf world will be in trouble but only if they do what is wrong the white wolf from the line of Octavius and the black wolf from the line of Nova. The reason for this legend being brought to life has been explained at the beginning of this book. It will be the Legend of bloodshed"

There's a lot more to this but I can't see what else is written because the words are faded. Could this legend be true?

I finally decided to read the whole book and see something about obsidian? What?

It was used for destruction and now people are trapped in it?

Oh wow.

I check out other books in the history section and they still talk about bloodshed.

But then I remember that's it's no ordinary library. It also contains the history of Hades.

I leave the library after hours of reading books.

I head to my room and I decided that I can't wait for seven days to come before I tell Vincent the truth, I have to do it now.

Vincent and I lay on our bed and he is better now. He doesn't feel any pain.

Is this the right time to tell him about all of this?

He just went through a lot.

But again I never do things at the right time and there is a high chance that I will back out of it tomorrow.

It's time.
