1.38: Reunited once more

Gaiyato kept stretching while the bandits kept closing in. Forty bandits versus one was adequate for Tedashii, but the fact that they all had weapons made of scoria 1gave him significant doubts. That was the weakness of ronins.

"GET READY!!!"

One bandit came to attack. He swung his bat towards Gaiyato but wasn't planning on guarding it.

"UNCLE LOOK OUT!!"

"Huh?" Gaiyato opened his eyes.

SWOOSH!!

He slammed his bat onto Gaiyato's mask. 

"…"

When the mask broke, everyone could not believe it.

"Wh-" It was another of the bandits. Gaiyato stood right behind him.

"...What?" Tedashii asked. 

"Oh, I didn't tell you about my prowess?" Gaiyato then held his hand out. And when he clenched it, one of the bandits was slowly getting crushed.

"WHAT'S GOING ON??!! AAHHHHH!!!!!"

SQUISH!!

Blood sprayed all over the place. The bandits stopped, and all eyes were on Gaiyato, who suddenly raised another bandit.

"Don't you get it now? This is my prowess."

He then uncloaked his spiritas. A giant blue hand constructed itself around that bandit.

"What?? What is this??!!"

~AOI PROWESS: FLOW SIGN!!

Another bandit went for a hit, but Gaiyato distilled himself right through it. He tapped him on his face, then stepped back.

~REVLO PROWESS: ROSE FIELD!

Red ferns grew from the floor and grew thorns all around it. The bandits avoid reactions so as not to get scraped by them. "Don't worry about moving. I'll make this fun."

~HAKURAA: OBEDIENCE!

BWIINGSHH!!

The bandits were suddenly being propelled to the ground.

"AHHHH!!"

The thorns pierced their faces, and for all the blood that dropped, it also drained their spiritas. And the energy Gaiyato took from them was sent within him, leaving him with a massive overflow of spiritas. 

"And now for the grand finale!"

~GINGA PROWESS: STELLAR ECLIPSE!

"AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Tedashii, Kate, and Suzuki closed their eyes due to all the dust hurled around. When they opened their eyes again, the entire building was gone. Kate rubbed her eyes to confirm that she wasn't dreaming.

"W-What just happened?"

Tedashii also opened his eyes, but he was too drained to react. "Show off.." He said and closed his eyes again as Suzuki healed him again.

"Now then, my dear nephew and niece. This is why you shouldn't become a villain. For when you come up against me, you die! HAHAHAHA!!"

"YOU USED FOUR DIFFERENT PROWESSES FOR BANDITS??!! NOT EVEN THEIR BOSS, JUST BANDITS??!!" Kate shouted at him.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" Tedashii asked. Then he finally looked around. "Wait, what happened to the building we were in?…WHAT??!! HE BLEW A WHOLE BUILDING APART!!!!"

Kate dropped her head in her hand, and Suzuki just laughed. 

"Anyways, let's get going guys. It's time for you to get healed up and then-"

"Wait, uncle. I still have something to do." Tedashii interrupted him.
