1.31: The Captain's Return!

The entire Rebirth guild celebrated as they witnessed such a beautiful scene. All the citizens cheered them once more as Tedashii saved his friends.

"WHOA, WHO IS THAT KID?!"

"HE TOOK DOWN THE BOSS!"

"THOSE BOYS AREN'T GOING TO DIE ANYMORE!"

"A MEMBER OF REBIRTH FINALLY APPEARED!! WAIT, THAT'S GAIYATO!!!"

"AND THAT MASKED MAN AND THAT OTHER GUY TOO!!"

"RONINS!! RONINS!! RONINS!! RONINS!!"

Everyone could not believe such a turn of events. Malcolm took Mercedes and evacuated, Dazai went to get Kagutsuchi, Destiny went to get Lanna, and Kim Tam saved Melvis. Then, they contacted the rest of their members to leave Legon City immediately.

The captains rushed to free Franco and Makoto from the crushed buildings. Franco could not believe it when he saw everyone again, and Ryuko began to heal Makoto. 

"Wait, what…happened?"

Uraka then came up to him and began to scold him. "Well, if it isn't the Cassoule's little shit. What happened to you saving the whole city by yourself?!"

Franco looked down, realizing he had failed to accomplish what he had bragged about. "You should be glad your ninth member did some cleaning up for your crap."

"Ninth member?"

Franco didn't understand. Knowing Dazai and Yaryura betrayed them, they were at a toll of eight.

"But we only have eight members. What do you mean ninth?!"

Uraka stepped aside, and Franco gazed at the Vision Tower in disbelief. He couldn't believe his eyes. The person he thought he had killed was standing right in front of the screen, in front of thousands of people. Tedashii had returned and seemed determined to confront Motoroshi and his cronies.

"Jeez Boss! What took you so long?! Franco and the others told us that you left after losing to him!" Tedashii slowly turned towards Genti with a dull look on his face.

"As your leader, I would never lose to anyone."

Genti, Suzuki, Kate, Chiampa, and all the bandits looked at the hole in his chest. They bent their heads sideways, letting him know they realized he was lying. 

"The hole was from a light blast!" Tedashii confirmed to them.

"How wide was the blast?" Kate asked.

"Uhhh, wide enough to take down a forest."

"WHAAAAAT???!!!"

Everyone was so surprised, and others felt intimidated.

"HOW DID AN ATTACK THAT WIDE MAKE SUCH A SMALL DENT??!!"

"IS HE THAT POWERFUL??!!"

"THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!! IF THAT WERE THE CASE, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ERADICATED BY NOW!!"

All the bandits began blurring out their points.

"How many times do I have to answer this question?? If that was not the case, it must have been my landing spot."

"WHAAAAATTT???!!!"

All the bandits were shocked again.

"HOW CAN IT BE YOUR LANDING SPOT??!!"

"HOW THIN WAS THAT TREE??!!"

"THERE IS NO WAY THAT WAS A TREE!!!"

"SHOULDN'T HE BE SPLIT IN TWO IF IT WAS??!!"

"HOW STRONG IS THIS KID?!"

"Come on! Why are you guys asking the same questions just like that monkey?" Tedashii said, crossing his arms.

The bandits were all shocked once more.

"WHAAAAATTT!!!"

"ARE YOU COMPARING US TO A MONKEY??!!"

"WAIT, SO HE'S CAPABLE OF TALKING TO MONKEYS??!!!"

"DO THEY ALWAYS SLEEP HANGING FROM THEIR TAIL?!"

"HOW MANY BANANA'S DO THEY EAT??!!"

"Well, I'm not sure myself. All I saw him do was swing his double-edged sword." Tedashii said, doing a swinging motion.

The bandits could not have been surprised so many times in one day.

"WHAAAATT!!!!"

SMASH!!

"If you guys ask ONE MORE QUESTION, I'M KILLING YOU ALL!" Motoroshi then ended the curiosity with his fury. He then walked to his seat and sat down.

"*Exhales. Now then, Tedashii. Are you ready to fight for your friends or what?"

"That was the plan from the start-…Uhhh. What's your name?"

Motoroshi began to tap the side of his face. "It appears that we haven't formally met. We'll then. Firstly, my name is-"

"Why is that the first thing you listed?" Tedashii interrupted. 

"I beg your pardon?"

"Well, I don't want to be rude. But why do you list the things you say?"

Motoroshi was puzzled. "Well, firstly…"

"No, speak like a normal human. The way you're doing so right now is just dumb!"

"HEY WATCH YOUR MOUTH YOU LITTLE PUNK!"

The bandits all surrounded Tedashii. 

"Well, I guess my fist must do all the talking."

He charged up spirits and took a stance for his Surge.

"WELL, COME AT ME WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT!!"

"CHARGE!!!"
