The Last Heroes: Warriors against the Sinful

An inevitable war broke out two thousand years ago in the Primal Region. Aliens, humans, and the 'special people' could not make amends. But peace was found at last the day one man stood between the three species. Later, the corrupted aliens and evil-doers devise a plan to out-smart this man. He died in the end, and the humans lost their home: Legon City, for 18 years. The 'special people' still live amongst the humans and have joined forces to retain the city! And these special people are known as...RONINS!

0.32: The Leader of the wicked.

Miku arrived at the Black Bullets hideout, unaware of Gaiyato's whereabouts. Everyone eyed her as an outsider, seeing she was in the Rebirth cloak.

"Well…so much for a nice reception." She said to herself.

"Can I help you, miss?" A voice called out to her as she turned back. "M-Miku?"

"Sayori? SAYORI!"

She hugged her former classmate in their time. "What are you doing here?"

"Me, I'm part of this guild, I joined-"

"YOU TOLD ME YOU'D NEVER FIGHT IN YOUR LIFE! And now I find you in a guild of all places?!"

"W-What about you? You went miles ahead and joined the safety guild." Sayori belittled by mistake.

"…What?" Miku was slightly offended.

"No, sorry…It's just that we swapped roles for the worst. I wanted to be behind the president's safety, and within HQ, you wanted to join one of the quarts despite your inability to fight."

Miku thought of how things turned out after they made that promise.

"I agree there, but look at it on the bright side! We're doing the one thing we both hoped for: succeeding."

Sayori smiled and agreed. "Anyways, what brought you here of all guilds?"

"OH RIGHT! Look, Sayori, don't freak out with what I'm about to tell you."

She flinched from Miku's change of tone. "What happened?"

"One of your members in the guild got listed in danger, and Gaiyato went ahead to save them. But I came looking for the captain because it's your son this time?"

Click!

Seto walked through the main door as the guild surrounded him with questions.

"Seto, where is Eunice?"

"Did he make it? Is he still alive?"

"What about the other members? What happened?"

"Uh, guys, relax. He just arrived and must be exhausted and traumatized. Give him some space, will ya?!" Ariel demanded. "Seto, talk to me…where is Eunice?"

They all anxiously waited for his response. "He's okay. I sent him away to a safe place at the last minute."

YEAH!!!!!

They all celebrated the security of the vice and lifted Seto off the ground.

"WE KNEW YOU'D SAVE HIM!"

"YOU ARE ONE OF OUR BEST RECRUITS!!"

"Shh, we can't let the captain know. Once he arrives, I need all of you guys to pretend as if I arrived with bad news."

YES!

They all returned to normal activities, but Miku still sought answers. "Seto, wait."

"Ah…Miss Miku, how can I help?"

"First and foremost…what are you doing here? I thought Gaiyato went to answer your distress call."

Seto completely forgot about his little act. "R-right, he was there while I was injured, but once he spotted the enemies…he threw me through a portal that brought me here!" He was glad he finished his statement with a valid reason.

"Oh, I see…that is something Gaiyato would-"

Seto stopped smiling once she took a good look at his condition.

"I-is something the matter?" He asked.

"Well, you said you were gravely injured. Where are your scars, Seto? Aside from your torn clothes, you're unscathed."

Seto also forgot that he healed himself right after his transportation. "I-I was healed by one of the people back at HQ! They found me in that state and recuperated my body." He tried not to stutter while Miku stepped back out of disbelief.

"M-miss Miku... What's the matter?"

"Seto…I was the only healer that was present at HQ."
