An inevitable war broke out two thousand years ago in the Primal Region. Aliens, humans, and the 'special people' could not make amends. But peace was found at last the day one man stood between the three species. Later, the corrupted aliens and evil-doers devise a plan to out-smart this man. He died in the end, and the humans lost their home: Legon City, for 18 years. The 'special people' still live amongst the humans and have joined forces to retain the city! Prologue

"Two thousand years ago, war was inevitable. Fire, Ice, Earth, Wind, Lightning, and Energy. That was all people saw past them with just a small glare. Humans, Aliens, and the "Power-driven People" were up and about nonstop. You woke up and then died; that was the life of the past.

Years later, the elements split into different clans: Nakamorian(Fire), Native(Ice), Cassoule(Earth), Aoi(Wind), Motsubi(Lightning) and Yakuza(Energy). As each clan individually united, they built nations that grew as one. But, one warrior, responsible for the jointure of all species, was the Best 'Human' to live.

However, the aliens saw him as a threat and, as a result, summoned war on all the clans. The humans both had malevolent associations for eighteen years but lost their city and the Best Human. The aliens dominated and ruled over the humans; nevertheless, the Power-driven were exiled to duel among these associations.

Some lived, and some died. Some started to live among the humans. And these power-driven people were known as… "RONINS!"

"Whoa, what a messed-up story…" A young Ronin said, hanging himself upside down on a tree trunk. "Too bad they don't have someone to stop this." He thought to himself.

Seto Kaname is a ten-year-old Ronin who grew up eager to learn more about Legon City and one day become a Guild member of F5. He was born on the first apprehension, and that fateful year changed his life entirely. Born with a mythical prowess and sightless. His twin sister Noriko lost her voice and hearing, so due to both of them missing a sense of the other, they depended on each other heavily. "My name is Seto Kaname…and today is the day I'll kill myself."

BLACK BULLETS, BLACK HEARTS.

Noriko sat down and watched Seto continuously attempt to hang a rope onto the tree. "Almost there…one more time."

As much as she tried to help, he kept on missing it. And due to her love for him, she wanted no part in helping him. "Wow, Noriko. Are you sure this is the right tree? I missed the branch for the 40th time!"

He fibbed on the ground and began sulking. "Just let me end my life already!"

He grabbed the rope and wrapped it around his throat but did not dare to do it himself. "…I can't, but at the same time, I don't want to go on living like this. I dream of becoming a hero one day…but I can't even see the people cheering for me. What's the point at this rate?"

Noriko came close and hugged him. They stood like that for a bit until the radio turned back on.

"Welcome everyone to Central C news! I'm your host, Austin Sapphire, the leader of the Sapphire Frosts, with my adorable daughter Cloe. She'll take reigns of the studio when she's older, am I right, sweetie?"

"YEAH!"

"That's the spirit. Well, back to the topic, I have some great news for all the youngsters broadcasting from around the world. Mister Skiros and I will be recruiting new people to our guilds!"

A spark flew past Seto's eyes as he heard that.

"All you need to do is show up tomorrow at Norwich to get tested, and we'll welcome all those ready and worthy of the position. Can't wait to see you all there! This was Austin Sapphire, signed out."

BEEP!

"NORWICH?! That's a whole country away! Noriko, can we make it there in 24 hours?"

She just stared at him since he was talking while facing the tree, but his hand gestures made her understand. Off she ran into their house and packed their bags. Their mother was also dragged outside by Noriko. "Hahaha, Noro, calm down. What's the big occasion?"

"Mom, we have a chance to become guild members!" Seto said with excitement.

"W-What? Really?! Where did you hear that?!"

"The radio guy said so, and HE will be there in person!"

She ran back to the house and a few seconds later also had her bags and car keys. "Well, what are you guys waiting for?! Let's go!!"

They all ran to the car…but Seto returned to the house. "Uh, Noro…please help your older brother out, will you?"

The sun rose, and the Kaname family were asleep in their car. Sayori, their mother, was woken by knocking on their window. "WHAT?!"

BANG!

She hit her head on the stirring wheel and was wide awake. "Yes?"

"Hi there, miss. Are you guys also here to sign up?" A young man asked.

"That voice, I've heard it before. Do I know you from somewhere?"

He laughed at her before clearing his throat. "I think you recognize it from Central C news."

"Central C…*gasp* AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

Austin walked them to the area where all the other candidates were gathered. "OH, MY WORD! I am so sorry for the horrible introduction! We are not from here, so I had no idea what you looked like…you're so young!" Sayori apologized.

"Oh no, ma'am, it's alright. I like not being well-known around certain places; it allows you to live without cameras. And no, I'm 28 years old."

"I AM A HUGE FAN, MISTER SAPPHIRE!! I'VE LISTENED TO EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR BROADCASTS!"

"Oh, come on, kiddo, if that was the case, we would be the same age. HAHA! What's your name?"

"He asked what's my name…MISTER AUSTIN ASKED MY NAME! Noriko, what do I say?!"

They all stared as he faced a random ronin. "…you're not Noriko, are you?"

"HAHAHA, wow, ma'am, I have to say your son has quite the personality," Austin said as he walked to him. He held his arm around him and told him to smile.

CLICK!

One of his teammates took a photo of them and gave him a copy. "Now you have something to remember me."

But Seto stared at what he felt in his hand and began crying. "My first photo with my childhood hero…and I can't even see it…"

His mother came and consoled him before Austin got the message. "Oh my, I had no idea about your condition. Your name is Seto, right? Why don't you join my-"

"That's not how things work here, Austin."

Skiros Motsubi arrived with his entire guild behind him. "He has to prove that he is worthy of even setting foot in one of our guilds!"

Seto turned to where he heard the voice from. Skiros took a step to the left, yet there was no reaction from Seto. "Ah, he's got glass for eyes."

Everyone began to laugh at him, and that's where Sayori drew the line. "Excuse me, Sir, but that's my son you're talking about!"

"He's your brat? What made you give birth to such a mistake?" He said.

"Don't you dare talk about my Seto like that!"

"Mom… what's going on? Who is the person you're talking to?"

Skiros walked closer to Sayori and smiled. "You've got some attitude, but if you promise to tone it down, I might give you a great time-"

SLAP!

Unknowingly, she hit him out of instinct and alerted all the members of the Black Bullets. They all held their swords at her, but Skiros dismissed them. "That was a good slap,"

Seto began blinking quicker to the point where he saw his mother shaped as spiritas. ("Wait, I can see my mom.") And right before her was another shaped being, with a punching motion towards there.

"NO!"

CATCH!

Everyone was in awe to see Seto react before Skiros raised his arm. "Don't even think of laying a finger on my mom!"

GRIP!

He increased his force, and Skiros could not move at all. ("TCH, what is this strength? And how the hell did he see me move?") It looks like you're a fighter, after all. I'll teach you a good lesson!"

BZZT!!

Seto was shocked and let go immediately, but Skiros was already set to finish him off.

"SAY GOOD NIGHT!"

KICK!! PUNCH!! FLIP!! SLAM!!

Skiros was pulverized through a table. The Black Bullets all turned to the cause but dropped their weapons immediately.

"Oh, my word, Ski-ski! Now, you have a fetish for hitting small kids? How many times should I kick your ass until you learn your lesson?" A cocky ronin stood before an injured Skiros. All the people around began cheering as he walked towards Seto. "You're okay, buddy? Don't sweat; he's always like that when he wants someone in his guild."

"…thank you, Sir. I am Seto Kaname; sorry for causing trouble."

"Oh no! Drop the formalities, okay? Don't call me Sir either; call me Lennox. I'm a recruit of Rebirth."

"Seto, huh? He stood against Skiros?" Another man approached them. "You've got a nice name. I'm Gaiyato Aoi, a rogue around Norwich town."
