Rowan look at the original plan he gave to Grace, she follow everything just like what he ask for her to so and finish it faster.

"By the way, Bother those sewage and drainage system will only work temporary but not long term, what are you going to do next?"

"Don't worry, the system is prepared for the next expansion, right now we don't have the ability that I need for the expansion but preparing is also good for more efficient work in the future."

Rowan made this kind of plan for the future, this will open the industrial system if he found the right person he looking for.

"I'm next!" Bianca push Grace away and show her own work.

"From here to here, I connect all the water ways so that our plantation is irrigate in time, from this spot to the man made lake in the village I connect two spot for the fresh water they can consume."

"Here I found hot water that is good for bathing so I create a simple tunnel for the water to enter and flow inside of our bathroom."

"Right now we don't need to consume fire wood in winter if we need hot bath and also I dig a natural spring for our own drinking water."

"I also plan to create a gigantic fountain in the back garden and a waterfall if possible, then a pool and open bath house for everyone and...."

Bianca's small idea is unstable, she have numerous idea she want to create but she need the approval of Rowan and the help of Grace to so it.

Of course she can't modify the whole mansion as she want, Rowan gave her a vacant land for her so she can create her own territory.

Giving a land is not for only one, Daisy and Grace also want their own land to cultivate, they want a private land were they can do whatever they want.

But there's a certain rule they need to follow and those rules is not that hard so they accept it natural.

"What about you Sylvia, do you have any request?"

"Ummm.... I want a laboratory and a Library to show my work, if possible a huge tower on the top of the mountain."

"Sorry, request denied, you can't have your own tower on the top of the mountain until you become Wizard with Fly Magic or Blink Magic."

"First of all your to you g to live on your own, I accept your sisters request because they are near but you, your different you want a tower on the top of the mountain? Do you know how far the nearest tower from here?"

"It's about 4 hours of walk from here." Daisy said.

"See? And I know you will ask me from time to time about things and problem you will encounter and I don't have time so better accept my own offer."

"What is your offer?"

"I will make you a small library near our house, a special laboratory and that's it."

Sylvia thing that offer is not bad so she gladly accept it.

"What about you Winey?"

"I want to learn how to fly!"

".... Well better train your Mana manipulation first before asking me how to fly."

"Then I want to learn how to create storm, tornado, and hurricane."

"What are you trying to do?"

"Hehehe, I want to control the season in our territory." Winey playful said, she don't need anything as she like to so everything with her free time and she don't like something she need to manage.
