No one knows when this 'Wicked Soul Society' was formed and what is there aim is. No one knows anything about them but one thing is clear about them, they are always after those who are strong and try to hunt them down no matter what.

Only those who are really strong and are at one of the three Highest Cultivation ranks, which is Martial Heaven, Void, and Immortal Rank, don't go after them but apart from that, they are after everyone.

Apart from Chang Niu who is at the Peak of Martial Heaven Rank, only a step away from getting into Void Rank, other Sect Leaders are at the Void Rank.

There are 4 teachers in Snow Palace Sect, all of them are at the Mid or Peak Stage of Martial Legend Rank

Then there are 3 elders, 2 of them are at the peak of Martial Emperor Rank, and only one of them is at the intermediate stage of Martial Heaven Rank, Elder Hu Ling.
