Ryo [Nope, Vimana will be our main Ship, I'll keep this one for a special occasion, Fuahahaha, I know the exact time when to use this, let's go Da Vinci]

Ryo followed Da Vinci back to her Workshop, of course Semiramis was with him as she too wanted to go with him to Luna Blu

Going inside the lab Ryo was met by a large magical circle on the ground, so he looked with curiosity and said

Ryo [You made this? it's incomplete but really good]

Da Vinci [It's incomplete? I thought I finished it!]

Ryo [You inscribed the destination, the mana requirement for the system and for the people, truly marvelous, you even made it accessible to only intelligent creatures, so no monster could travel it !]

Da Vinci [If even you are praising it! Then what did I forget?]

Ryo [Radius, power and protection]

Da Vinci opened her eyes as she heard Ryo explain

Ryo [There are continental barriers, so traveling to a different continent would mean death, as it's impossible, so you need to give it a radius]

Da Vinci [I see, but why do you need power ?]

Ryo[you need it to break the barrier of the void, you gave it mana but it can't break on its own it needs a "Dimension Road", someone powerful must create holes in the void for others to use in their travel]

Da Vinci [If so? then how do you travel?]

Ryo [I do exactly that, however I create small holes and fill them, so no one can track my location or use a hole I left to go track my location or my allies' location]

Da Vinci [I see, and protection is making sure that the people that use the dimension road are known to us and not some random]

Ryo [Yes, I'll complete the radius and I'll be the one to make the road, however I'll have to ask Scáthach, Merlin and Vritra to create the barrier, they are stronger than me]

Da Vinci [All three of them?]

Ryo [Yup, each and every single one of them has a specialty, so the barrier will almost be Invulnerable]

Ryo sat down and started to inscribe on the magical circle, after he was done he looked at Da Vinci and said

Ryo [Here, This is it, make sure to use it on every site]

Da Vinci [I see, this is amazing, I should squeeze all that magical knowledge from you fufufuf, now come with me, I will show you the magic containers, they worked out better than I thought]

Ryo followed Da Vinci to the third floor under the Laboratory, it was a very larger area as big as entire football stadium, left and right it was filled with containers that had mana in them, this was all of Ryo's Mana in the last two weeks

Da Vinci [Impressive huh!]

Ryo [Indeed…]

Da Vinci [Well wait to hear this, each container can last a full week of teleportation in all areas of Diavola, we have forty eight container, which means that we can teleport people for an entire year without worrying about mana Consumption]

Ryo [A Year! This amazing Da Vinci, with this we can eradicate the traveling problem!]

Da Vinci [Yup, It's a shame though…]

Ryo [Hmm? what is?]

Da Vinci [Well I was starting to enjoy my daily talks with you, but for the next year we won't be needing mana, so you'll visit less]

Ryo [What do you mean? Didn't I tell you? From now on you are my Advisor so I'll visit you more often]

Da Vinci [What? But I'll be extremely bus-]

Ryo [I don't care, it's an order, busy or not I'll visit you every time I need advise!]

Da Vinci [I see, hahahaha, Fine I guess, it's the King's orders]

Ryo [Well then, let me know when you decide on the locations of the teleportation portals, make sure to create one for villages too, make a general one for every five villages, and make one for Eden as well, I'll make sure to get one in Luna Blue and it's areas too]

Da Vinci [Sure I have plans for that, now goodbye, Get out quickly I have to work]

Ryo smiled at the rude what of which Da Vinci kicked him out with and said

Ryo [Alright, Goodbye, let's go Semiramis, Oh, and make sure not to overwork yourself!]

Ryo teleported himself and Semiramis back to Vimana, he then went ahead and introduced her to his maids and to Lina who hasn't seen her before, He then heard the news from Lord El Melloi, and as to be expected of Divola Country, they have completely refused to surrender and went into the state of civil army recruiting, forcing the young of their country to fight in their imminent war against Babylon

Ryo sat on his throne looking at his Servants and then said

Ryo [Okita, Ushi, Alter, Rama, Achilles and Honda, you will take your orders from Lord El Melloi,

Now Go and Destroy Divola

and

save its people]

??? [YOU ARE ACTING LIKE A FOOL ARSHANK]

Arshank [Ho? and who are you to tell me what to do? it's our nature to never surrender, that foolish demon Killed my son and now he asks for us to surrender? the fool thinks that he eliminated our army, THE ENTIRE KINGDOM OF DIVOLA WILL FIGHT HIM TO DEATH ! DO YOU UNDERSTAND? ARSHAND]

Arshank [This is why I became the King and not you, you are too ambition less, too Weak and too Naive, WE ARE THE DEMONS OF DIVOLA WE SHALL NOT LIVE EQUALLY WITH SOME TREE EATING ELF'S OR GOD WORSHIPING HUMANS, WE ARE THE KINGS OF THIS CONTINENT WE ARE DIVOLA! THE PEOPLE OF BABYLON HAVE TAINTED THE NAME OF ARKHAN, BUT WE SHALL BRING IT BACK TO ITS GLORY!

Arshand looked at his brother with pity, he has completely lost all sense of reason, ever since they were kids, he had no qualms about his plan to eradicate all races in the world and respected only his people, The Demons, he believed in the old legends of how the Diavola continent was named so because it was the original land of the demons, and named his own country Divola just so he can project his ideals on his people

Arshand "I can't let this happen, I have to save our people, maybe the King of Babylon is willing to spare us, I have to arrange a coup, I'm sorry Father, I promised to protect my little brother, but now I'm a father as well, and my kids come first"
