Book 1: The Awakening/ Volume 1: Homo Sapiens/ Part 1: Ignis Vampires

Prologue:-

In a cast world filled with many terrains and lands, a woman whose face covered in a veil of darkness was sitting on a throne. All around her was just one thing and that was ice. All around ice. But that was not all. In some places, there were fire, lightning and some twisted lands.

One would shiver in fright upon seeing this and only one word will come in their scared mind:

Destruction!

Yes, ever place was a full display of destruction. The sky above had a strange crack in it and in the crack only fire was seen. Fire was also in crimson color.

The woman was the leaning her back on the throne made of pure Scarlet color. But one thing would be noticed when someone tried to touch the throne or come in close range. They would be destroyed, not only their body but their soul would also be destroyed.

The woman opened her slowly and then, looked above her head. There she saw a large chess board with some pieces on it.

There were a total of 17 pieces on it. Each was surprised made of different materials and had different colors.

She smiled a bit and snapped her fingers and then, a Scarlet piece appeared on it.

She then closed her eyes and spoke, "There can be many pawns in a chess but a king is the one who turns the tides of a game..."

She smirked a little, "...and a war."

She then, silently sat on her throne with no voice so ever. Even the sounds of fire, lightning stopped as it seemed the world came to an halt.

Seeing a piece in Scarlet color appear on chess board, on seventeen planets, seventeen voices were heard.

"She is making a move. But this time..."

No one continued speak again and only silence reigned.
