Misunderstanding

Since their speech was interrupted by the loud knock on the door everyone curiously looked towards the door waiting for whatever comes next.

Everyone was was confused and wondered what was going on outside since no one came in nor did Lisa come back to inform the situation.

Everyone was curious and wanted to stand up from their seats but they were hesitant and contiplating in, if to stand or not.

It was not house nor their turn to meedle in and the main reason is that they didn't want to appear gossipy.

Before they got to their conclusion and decided on what to do, Mrs Williams had already stood up from her seat and went towards the door entrance to see and access the situation.

"Honey who is that at the door step. Why are you taking so long", said Mrs Williams while walking to the door to take a closer look at who was the guess at the door.

When she arrived at the door smiling politely to show courtesy to the person and appeared with politeness.

But when see saw who was outside her smiling face faltered.

She frowned at them.

That instant moment a question surged to her mind, 'why were they here ?'.

When the police saw an elderly woman approaching them the greeted her but the ignored visibly annoyed by their arrival.

"Didn't I inform the police and hospital if everything and told you not to look for mi son and if there was something else to give a call !!!!", Mrs Willams shouted at them angryly.

The police trying to get her to calm down and diffuse the situation quickly, they explained to her their purpose for coming.

"Madam please calm down, we mean no harm at all",said one police officer.

(That's what they all say 😒).

"We came to ask more detailed explanation on Joker so we thought it was better to come in person", said another.

"Can we please come in for further discussion?", said this time a female officer.

'Who are ther trying to gaslight, me?', she thought to herself silently, she hesitanted on letting them enter her home but reluctantly did let them in because she was sure that if she didn't allow them in, they will probably come next time .

She also knew they didn't come only for interrogation but also to secretly look around their house to see if there is any suspicious activity going on.

Some police officers where looking around the house while they complimented Mrs Williams on it. How it is pretty and modern while starring at the people while looking for something or someone.

She silently rolled her eyes at them for they obvious fake actions of complimenting.

The police asked, "who is Jack Williams, is he here".

"Yes police officers it's me, I am Jack Williams he said standing up from the floor while using his left Palm to massage his neck to appear nervous in front of the police.

"Don't be nervous buddy, we just want to ask some questions to you and answer truthfully before that let me tell you that...", another officer was speaking to Jack.

But unknowingly to everyone he used a small tiny needle which he said had hiding to press an acupoint on his his neck to make him faint in a few seconds which was 12 seconds in total.

While down in his mind he timed ahead when he will faint, he placed the needle at the original position where he kept it before, where it was while nodding at the police pretending that he was listening to what was being said to him.

Five seconds left for him to faint ....

He pretended to have an extreme headache and claimed to them that he was feeling light headed. Then he fainted.

Everyone around rushed to him to see how he was feeling.

A family member who was a doctor checked on Jack and explained to everyone that his pulse indicated that he was feeling weak and that he was still recovering and the reason he fainted was from the stress.

Vanessa relived that her son was fine but then glared at the police officers menacingly when she heard the reason for her son's current state.

At the same time the incident happened Lisa's boyfriend Kai arrived, he took Jack in bridal style to his room so that that he could put him and lay him down on the bed.

The family members that have been quiet all along decided to help their family members ( Williams family).

They told the officers that Jack had a surgery in 2 to 3 days that they can't afford for him to be scared and get sick once again, indirectly driving the police away and letting them know that it was time to skidadle and telling them not to come again to their humble home.

The officers apologized profusely for indirectly causing Jack to be in that state again.

After apologising once again they finally left.

The real reason the police came to his house was that this.

When the police arrived at the hospital for the second time they realised that he had been discharged.

He was supposed to stay in the hospital for a week.

So they went to his house to question him instead since they needed more clues about Joker because they where looking for him to arrest him.

Joker is now wanted by the government.

They want to eliminate him but they lied to the public that Joker broke the law which did but they want him gone since they can't control him at all. So the government statement was,

" We are only going to detain his to question his motives for murder. And if he had prove of the criminals deeds before killing he should have give it to us to help him instead of taking the matter into his own hands".

Before the police left, his family members lied and explained that initially they thought too that it was Joker who caused him a trauma and they were wrong and misunderstood Joker.

And that Jack already explained clearly to them that Joker was the one that saved him when he was a child .
