Chapter 5.6
After taking a bath, I wore a white T-shirt with a black jacket and trousers. Then I went to the classroom.
"…Good morning, master."
Night Fury was preparing a pancake in the kitchen section and greeted me with a smile.
"Morning," I replied. "So, how's the pancake?"
"…M." She pointed.
When I looked, many seemingly failed product pancakes were found in the trash bin. It's either too thin, too thick, burnt, or raw. But a few of them are still edible, at the very least.
"Don't throw away the edible ones. It's just one meal, so any would do. Don't be wasteful." I said to her. "You are already doing very well for your first time cooking."
"Master… have you starved for a long time before…?"
"Even if I haven't starved before, it's not right to waste edible food," I murmured. "You can flip it now."
I said in a roundabout way that I didn't answer Night Fury directly because I didn't want to talk about it. It's all up to her to think about it.
