Mr. Lee, right? Listen, I don't really have the time to play cat and mouse with you, and I really hate having to repeat myself. Minos' statement made the board director behind Mr. Lee uncomfortable.

He can't fire this large number of board directors. If he does, Rexxon may fall apart. Mr. Lee said with a cocky smile.

Mr. Luca, please bring in the new members of the board and ask security to deal with all of these. Minos said, pointing to the board members before leaving the conference room.

Chairman office –

Wow, this feels good. Finally taking care of internal enemies. I must say this skill is worth it already… Minos tried to finish his sentence but was interrupted by the ringtone of his phone.

Hello, mom. he said calmly.

Who's your mother, you God-forsaken child? How many times will I tell you that it's Mrs. Chu to you? she replied in an angry tone.

I'm sorry, Mrs. Chu. How can I help you? he said in a distant tone.

How can you help me? You've really grown some guts, you bastard. she spat out before continuing. Get your ass over here tomorrow night. Mr. Chu decided to celebrate your birthday by throwing you a party. Don't be ungrateful. she added before disconnecting the call.

The Chus are throwing me a party, what a joke! Minos said in disbelief.

Well, let's see how it goes, he said, closing his eyes and resting his head on the chair.

Mr Agger, all you asked for has been done, Luca said as he entered his office.

Good. Luca, I am looking for a house. I don't know if you have any suggestions, Minos asked.

Erm, sir, what about the Agger mansion? Luca immediately responded.

Agger mansion, where is it located? he asked again.

Crimson villa, Luca replied.

Crimson villa, you mean the number one villa in Country V? he asked in total shock.

Yes, that crimson villa, Luca replied with complete pride in his voice.

But wasn't that villa locked many years ago to the public? I mean, no one even knows how many mansions are in the villa. Minos said casually.

Yes, but according to the will left behind by the great Dario Agger, the villa is owned by him and only the true heir can have access to it. The passcode is a blood scan. Luca said.

Minos became unsettled as he wasn't sure he was the true heir or even an heir of Dario Agger and even thought of requesting another place to stay but he was sure he couldn't. He picked up courage and replied, OK, let's check the place out.

**Crimson Villa**

On the way to crimson villa, Minos had already thought of several ways to escape in case it all went wrong. He checked the window bar for the umpteenth time but even the system happened to have turned cold as it gave him no ounce of hope.

Reaching the large gate which seemed to be made out of pure gold reflecting the moonlight even at this odd hour of the day. The car that brought Minos was a BMW X3 and happened to be owned by Luca as he drove it and stopped at the big golden gate. Luca directed him towards the gate where a slit was made on his arm and blood dropped into a circular ring.

T/L-- Yep, it's obvious our main character is a fool, so what if all this is a trap to sacrifice him.. annoyingly he ain't even OP.

After the blood dropped on the ring, the golden gate immediately went dull and Minos' heart immediately left his chest and then it came back to life reflecting an even stronger bright gold color before opening. Minos was shocked as hell and even began to doubt his humble origin.

Looking ahead, Minos was more amazed seeing that the villa was filled with flowers and even if it hadn't been cleaned for over 20 or so years there wasn't a speck of dust and the flowers looked even better than the average flowers planted in a greenhouse.

Driving forward in Luca's BMW, what Minos saw next shook him to the core in the middle of the villa, there was a great golden statue of what looked like a wolf, no, a bull standing upright with long horns. Minos could only say one word at that time: "beautiful". He was mesmerized by the surroundings.

"Okay, Mr. Minos, please take your time. I think this house will suit your taste and standards perfectly," Luca said after Minos came down from his car and then hurriedly left.

Minos, after surveying the surroundings for the umpteenth time, finally decided to learn more about the mysterious Dario Agger, who he was and how he related to all of this. Going inside, Minos was shocked again by how spotless this house was. There was not even an ounce or speck of dirt, but he soon realized the reason as he saw...
