Chapter 63: Summon Frenzy

"It seems like everyone's here"

Lucias said as he arrived at the large garden of his mansion in Kuoh where all of his servants except for Miyaoi, Hassan, and Nightingale who were all in Kyoto to deal with the hero's faction.

"Jeanne, Mash, welcome back"

Lucias said with a light smile on his face while walking towards his first 3 servants that he summoned a few years ago and accompanied him in stabilizing the Forsaken Faction in the supernatural world.

"We're back, Lucias. We already sent the runes Wrath, Envy, Patience, Charity, and Temperance to the headquarters... But we couldn't clear the the last tomb since we didn't have the qualifications to enter it"

Mash reported causing Lucias to smile before gently patting her head.

"You two did a great job and... thank you"

Lucias said with gratitude before glancing at the large space in front of the large crowd of servants in the garden.

"I'll take care of the tomb of Chastity... We've found the location of the hosts of the remaining runes... I just need to go to their dimension and take it either by force or through negotiations"

Lucias assured before walking towards the front of the crowd to prepare for the third batch of summoning new servants from the throne of heroes.

"I only have 3 months left before the war... I need to maximize the time that we have left to strengthen ourselves and our allies..."

Lucias muttered to himself as he glanced at his servants all with various expressions on their faces while waiting for Lucias to start.

"Switch Title to [Luckiest Man Alive]"

Lucias muttered to himself while looking at his status causing his luck stats to dramatically increase due to the buff that the title gave to him.

"Master, how many are you planning on summoning tonight?"

Illya asked as she sat together with her mother on the large cloth that was laid down on the ground of his garden.

"As much as I can, I can't afford to waste any more time... so... I might stay up all night summoning servants tonight"

Lucias answered before opening his status board and maneuvering towards the summoning section containing the [Random Summon Button] and the amount of summon points that he currently have.

"... How did I get so much summon points in just a week?"

Lucias muttered in confusion from the significant increase in the amount if summon points that he has. Last week he didn't even had half of the current summon points that he have right now.

"... Did Riku brainwash 25,000 people to worship me as their god?... wait last week?"

Lucias muttered as a sudden realization came into his mind, remembering that the only major event that happened last week was the conference between the 4 major faction concerning Kokabiel's attack to Kuoh.

"... Michael... but why would he spread this kind of faith, I rejected his invitation to rule heaven a week ago"

Lucias muttered to himself but decided to throw it at the back of his head before deciding to accept the generous gift that me might probably obtained from either Riku or Michael.

"Waiting for our new companion like this is quite exciting don't you think so too, Gohg?"

Enkidu said with a wide smile on her face causing Gohg to jump from her spot before nervously answering her question.

"G-Gohg is already satisfied with just being together with master-s-s... I-it's a G-Gohg Joke! fufufu uhehehe..."

Gohg answered in a quite voice with a depressed expression on her face due to the taught of being useless to her master once he summons more servants to aid him in the upcoming war.

"... Gohg will try her best for master-sama..."

"You're efforts are already enough, Gogh... So don't push yourself too much and take care of yourself"

Lucias said with a serious expression on his face as he glanced at Gohg who was hugging her knees as she sat next to Enkidu.

"Y-Yes..."

Gohg answered causing Lucias to sigh before focusing his attention to the translucent window in front of him.

"Let's start"

Lucias muttered before pressing the [Random Summon] button causing a familiar magic circle to appear on the ground in front of him as it slowly illuminated the dark garden of his mansion, blinding everyone due to its bright light.

Slowly the light started to dissipate leaving a single figure standing in the middle of the magic circle, staring at Lucias with a deadpan expression on her face.

"Servant, Anastasia. I have come in answer to your call. This little one is Viy. Please take good care of us both"

A beautiful girl, having long white hair and a fringe covering her icy blue eyes wearing an ornate white gown and a white fur cape with gold designs and blue lining on said with a cold and dispassionate voice while hugging a doll in her arms.

"... It's a pleasure to meet you, Anastasia... I'll explain everything later so go on and join the others for the meantime"

Lucias said causing Anastasia to nod her head in response before following his words without saying another word to Lucias.

"... Why is a spirit following her around?"

Lucias muttered while staring at the black mist following her from behind, noticing that none of his servants can see the spirit behind her.

"Master?"

Enkidu called causing him to snap out of his daze before heaving a sigh as he pressed the [Random Summon] button, hoping that he would obtain at least one of the servants specified by his quest.

The magic circle once again let out a brilliant light before dissipating, leaving a mascular figure standing in the middle as he observed the large crowd of servants behind his new master.

"Servant class, Lancer. Leonidas, King of Sparta. At your service!"

A mascular and tall man with several red markings on his body wearing a corinthian helmet on his head that hid most of his facial features shouted as he hit the butt of his spear down on the ground.

[Leonidas I has been summoned, one servant from the quest of ??? has been deducted]

"Hoh... I like the look in your eyes, master"

He said causing Lucias to raise his eyesbrows in confusion.

"Those are the eyes of a man who went through countless battlefields. It looks like my master is quite a competent person!"

He said as he took off his helmet revealing the facial features of a middle aged man with short red hair and long bangs that fell down his face.

"... Thanks for the compliment, I guess?... I'll explain everything later so go ahead and join the others"

Lucias said while pointing at the large crowd of servants who were watching them from behind causing him to lively nod his head before standing next to Vergil.

"Next one"

Lucias muttered as he pressed the button once again causing the magic circle to brighten before leaving a single figure standing in the middle of the magic circle.

"I am Cú Chulainn, summoned at your request!"

A tanned man with his chest exposed, revealing a unique tattoo design on his chest and abdomen said with a large frown on his face. He had a large black and red spiked tail on his back, wearing very high heels and a black hood that covered his head.

"... This isn't how Artoria described Cù Chulainn in the past..."

Lucias muttered in shock while observing the beastlike aura around the man standing in front of him unlike the lively personality that Artoria described in the past.

[Cù Chulainn has been summoned, one servant from the quest of ??? has been deducted]

"What?"

He asked noticing that Lucias has been staring at his large tail on his back with a bewildered expression on his face.

"Hmm... I thought you liked wearing blue..."

"... My color has nothing to do with you"

Cù Chulainn answered with an indifferent expression on his face while holding a large blood red spear in his hands.

"Go ahead and join the others"

Lucias ordered causing Cù Chulainn to click his tongue before following his command.

"... I would've preffered the other Cù Chulainn... Even though his weaker than him, he sounds pretty easy to get along with"

Lucias muttered under his breath to the point that none of his servants except Artoria, Mash, and Jeanne heard his words due to their [Supreme Senses] that they obtained with Lucias' help.

"... You really preffer attitude rather than strength, huh?"

Artoria asked causing Lucias to turn his head as he presses the summon button on his status board.

"Strength is nothing if you have no allies... It's hard to step into the battlefield if you trust no-one but yourself... That's why I let most of my servants stay in one place so that they can bond with each other"

Lucias said with a light smile on his face before turning his head back to the dissipating brilliant light in front of him until a single figure stood in front of him.

An androgynous-looking "girl" with long pinkish hair wearing a fancy white outfit with golden linings and a short black skirt. He had a large black ribbon tied to his head like bunny ears that gave her a more cute and little sister like vibe.

"Wahaha! WAHAHAHA! I arrived, I arrived, I've finally arrived! Class! Saber, Astolfo! I'm really really, really telling you I'm the most valuable Saber! If you like, I'll go where we have to go! Ehem. Anyway nice to meet you, dear Master!"

He said in an energetic and lively tone as he walked closer to Lucias with a bright smile on his face.

"Not bad~"

Lucias remained silent as the androgynous servant observed his body with an awkward smile on his face, feeling that something is wrong about the servant in front of him.

"Please take care of me, Master!"

He happily stated with his right arm raised into the air causing Lucias to smile before gently patting his head.

"Go and join the others, I'll explain why I summoned you later"

Lucias said causing Astolfo to nod his head as he gave her a short kiss on his cheek before walking towards the large crowd of servants behind them.

"... Let me ask... Are you a girl?"

Lucias asked remembering his misunderstanding with Enkidu, causing Astolfo to stop in his tracks before giving Lucias a mischievous smile on his face.

"le Secret~❤️"

He answered while placing his index finger on his lips before skipping back to the crowd of servants in front of him.

"... Why do I always get the weird ones..."

Lucias said with a wry smile on his face before tiredly sighing as he pressed the random summon button once again.

The magic circle released an extremely bright light unlike before that completely illuminated the dark garden of his mansion causing him to unconsciously frown from the abnormal light that the magic circle was releasing.

"... Is it broken?"

Lucias muttered while watching the light slowly dissapear as it returned back to the magic circle... Leaving 29 people with a petite stature standing on top of the magic circle.

All of them had one thing in common and that is the color of their hair. They all had caramel colored hair on the base of their hair with half of their hair close to the tips were colored blue like the sea.

Slowly the boy at the front of the group walked towards Lucias without a single expression on his face, wearing a white sailor outfit and short grey pants that barely hid his long blue legs that was the same color as his hair.

"I'm Triton, child of the sea god Poseidon and Anfitrite, and also the "no one in particular" that runs the submarine Nautilus... Well there are many complicated details, but it's fine if you just call me Captain Nemo... They are my crew, I hope we can have a long lasting cooperation, Master"
