They were the best of friends and always told each other every thing.
"Genna...." Lauren called her and she stopped walking and turned to look at her.
"Yes." Came her reply as she waited for what Lauren was going to say.
Lauren looked into her friend's beautiful dark coffee brown eyes that complimented her black hair and what she was going to tell her about Yash seemed to get stuck at her throat.
She was hesitant to tell her about it yet, Lauren realized as she averted her gaze. She was being unfair since Genna always told her anything. Whether it was a new boyfriend or a crush.
"I may not come to school tomorrow." She finally told her and watched as Genna frowned with concern.
"What's wrong, are you sick?" She asked worriedly.
"I think so, I not feeling well." Lauren replied.
She was feeling terrible, mainly because she wasn't being completely honest with her bestie.
