Under The Rain

The end of January, as I walked to the school gate I noticed the rain, a lot of people are waiting inside until it gets a little better

"your driver will come right?"

I asked Emma who was walking beside me as usual, even if it's raining this much it's not a problem if she's out for few seconds until she reaches the car

she didn't answer me, she's acting weird lately it feels like she's thinking about something else always

"Oi, are you here?"

she noticed my existence when I waved my hand before her eyes, she then answered with a surprised face

"you were talking to me..? sorry I'm a little tired today so I'll go home"

she ignored me and ran into the rain, she stopped for a second there when she noticed and looked at me with teary eyes, she didn't know that it was raining but it's already too late to go back now so she just continued running to her car

"she's getting sick isn't she?"

I wonder what should I do now, I don't have an umbrella so going outside and walking as normal will look weird, maybe the safest option is to teleporte back home after finding an empty classroom

suddenly a girl appeared in my eyesight, holding an umbrella Naru asked me to take it

"I'll try to share an umbrella with Makoto"

it was already opened so I'm sure that wasn't her original plan, she could have just said that she wanted to help me

Makoto and Hiragi-senpai spotted us from behind, Naru got startled and threw the umbrella away to hide it

the wind took the fallen umbrella with it and flied away far away from our reach

Makoto and started running under the same umbrella, I guess Naru's plan technically worked in the end even if it was the the way she wanted

that's a long way to say that you like it, I know she's trying to be more expressive but that's giving the wrong results. well I guess it's fine as long as she's trying it

we just stood there watching the scenery for a long time, even though we didn't talk at all I think we're growing closer to each other just by spending time like this

this tims e I was the one getting stabbed by Naru, I know how she feels but it's not my fault that this bastard is so fucking dense! it's a fucking confession for the second time how can he miss it!

the rain suddenly stopped and the sun showed itself, looking at the rainbow that appeared in the sky everyone smiled at the same time
