“It’s a damned good thing you have this and not just any old car,” Edan said as he and Gideon carefully wrestled the Rembrandt into the back of van, after Braden had put down one of the middle seats to accommodate it. Delilah handed them the Van Gogh, which they set on the floor, and they all piled in. Only then did Braden drop the cloaking, causing Edan to say with a grin, “If anyone was watching, they probably wondered how we got in here without them seeing us.” 6
