The manager of this place likes to joke around a lot; I'm sure that he's a comedian at night while disguising himself as the restaurant's waiter during the day.

I turned my gaze towards Jessica.

"How does it taste?"

"Sweet; unfortunately, the gold is tasteless."

Its prominent gold is still gold, not something with a sweet, bitter or sour taste. It's only made as money coins and jewellery.

But decorating with something luxurious made this food special for the nobles; every table around me was seated by famous people, and they wore bracelets, earrings and clothes made of gold. There was also one wearing only a gold bra and trousers.
