Event 14: Nursing (1)

Within all the high schools in Japan there is a special room dedicated to the care of students in the face of different accidents that occurred during the school day, the so-called school nursing.

The infirmary of the school to which Haruta was transferred is somewhat more special than usual, the person in charge of the infirmary is a seductive blonde woman, a woman with great ingenuity in the field of medicine but somewhat clueless with the world around him which causes more accidents than solutions, is the nurse who shares the same name of that teacher whom all students fear, Shizuka, among the students nickname her as a Shizuka nurse to avoid misunderstandings.

The last weeks were extremely calm, the students were careful about their injuries so as not to end up in the infirmary.

"Fufufu ....." Nurse Shizuka laughed as she read a magazine and elegantly took a bite from a donut that rested on her hand.

Everything remained in peace and quiet until the door of the entrance was opened without prior notice, showing that you cannot always reach a point full of peace and tranquility.

"We need help!" It was Komuro and Hisashi who entered the door quickly with Haruta in tow, both of them realized that the situation was serious when the temperature of Haruta's body dropped rapidly and his complexion lost color.

"He's hurt, he fell down the stairs!" exclaimed Rei who came behind the boys duo and with her Takagi accompanied her worried about the state of Haruta after enduring the direct fall to save her.

Nurse Shizuka was surprised by the intrusion of young people who shouted desperately "What happened?" asked nurse Shizuka, puzzled, but when she looked at Haruta, who was resting on Komuro's back, her concern increased dramatically.

"The stretcher, you must take it to one of the stretchers" said nurse Shizuka pointing towards a bed.

Komuro moved quickly to the bed and along with Hisashi they lowered Haruta by gently laying him down on the stretcher.

Nurse Shizuka walked around the nursery looking for different things "what happened?" the nurse asked

"It was ... it was my fault" Takagi was the first who opened his mouth in front of everyone gaining the attention of the group "because of me he is in this state, he saved me ..... when I fell down the stairs and it took all the damage for me ... it was my fault "Takagi's eyes were flooded with tears, she repeated to herself that she was to blame for what happened.

Komuro and Rei knew Takagi since childhood and knew of his arrogant personality, moreover they had already got used to the bossy and grumpy Takagi that arrogant genius who was not afraid to aim at people and let them know what was wrong.

But in all the time they knew her they never saw her with tears in her eyes, she had never been in the state she was in, her hands trembled as she cleaned her eyes.

Komuro looked at her and raised his hand to try to comfort her but after doubting a moment he decided to withdraw his hand and bit his lips, Rei witnessed all of Komuro's movements and could only squeeze his hand.

The nurse did not sit still and took Takagi hugging her to comfort her "You don't have to worry, accidents are something that usually happens, now you must rest for a moment, you should take a rest in the other bed," said nurse Shizuka taking Takagi to the bed leaving her there.

"You should return to your classroom for now, for the moment I doubt that Haruta can return to class, his condition does not seem stable, I will contact his parents or a close relative if we should transfer him to a hospital ..." the nurse Shizuka informed them quickly while urging them to return to class and leave Haruta in charge.

Komuro looked at Haruta who was in bed with his eyes closed and then gave Takagi a look who did not take his eyes off Haruta "Well, we will go back to class" Komuro said with a serious tone

Rei who had been silent at all times looked at Komuro surprised "Will we leave them here alone?" Rei asked who refused to leave the infirmary, just remembering Haruta's face when he took Takagi in his arms ready to withstand the fall made her refuse to leave him alone "If Haruta were in our position he would not return to class, he would not return I know enough but if he was able to save Takagi that way it is impossible for him to leave a friend alone when he is hurt "every single word that came from Rei's mouth hit the spot, every word by itself causing Komuro clenched his teeth angry.

Hisashi was the one who realized the situation and quickly intervened to avoid further conflicts "Komuro is right, if we stay here we just hinder the nurse, what Haruta needs most right now is to rest and with us here it will be impossible, it is better let's go back to the classroom "Hisashi urged Rei to return to class by taking her arm ready to return.

Rei heard Hisashi's words but still turned around to look at Haruta one last time. "You're right, Hisashi, we must let Haruta rest."

Finally the couple took quick steps out of the infirmary while Komuro followed them behind them, gave Takagi and Haruta one last look but continued on his way.

The nurse waited a few minutes from the exit of Komuro and company, approached to where Haruta was, removed the buttons on the shirt that covered Haruta's chest leaving it completely exposed

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Takagi exclaimed that he was watching the whole process, his face was completely red watching the scene.
