Chapter 6

I rushed downstairs to see what's happening. When I arrived downstairs, I saw the queen opening the door to a policeman. I immediately got scared that me or my siblings is going to end up in jail, but a moment later I saw the maid with my siblings.

"You are arrested for setting fire to a building!" The policeman yelled.

"What the fuck!" I shouted with anger and fury, "They're innocent, let them go!"

"We have evidence they're guilty," The policeman responded, frustrated.

"What evidence?" I rolled my eyes in disbelief, "All i know is that they were here at the time of the fire."

"It's not what the evidence says," The policeman answered, calmly.

"It's not what the evidence says," I mocked the policeman, "I bet that evidence is edited."

"It is real evidence," The policeman yelled, as I stomped to my room.

When I entered my room, I ran straight to the bed, and started hysterically sobbing.

"I can't believe the queen would put my siblings through this nightmare!" I yelled, while sobbing, "The queen is crazy for thinking my siblings are criminals."

I continued to cry all night, and as the morning came, my tears started to dry up.

After hearing my alarm clock beep, I rose from my bed, and started to think about how to bail my siblings out of jail.

I dialed Serena's number to see if she knows any good lawyer.

"Hello, who is this?" Serena asked.

"Hi, this is Penelope Redwood," I introduced, "I'm calling you to let you know if they're any good lawyers for my siblings."

"Why, what happened to them?" she questioned.

"Well, for some reason, the police are accusing my siblings of setting fire to a building, even though I haven't heard of any buildings on fire in the past 24 hours," I explained.

"Ok go on,"

"Even though I haven't seen or heard the fires, the police are claiming that they have evidence," I added.

"Are you sure the queen isn't behind this?" Serena asked.

"Hmmm.. good point," I agreed, "I mean after all she hates my siblings."

"Ok, I have found a good lawyer. Her name is Dr. Murphy," she concluded, "And I heard she is pro at analyzing evidence."

"Wow, I think she might be the right lawyer for me," I nodded.

"But first, you have to get the police's evidence," Serena suggested.

"Ok I will do that,bye."

I hung up the phone, and made my bed. I packed my cash and phone inside my purse, and headed outside of the castle, making sure no one was watching me escape. The sky looked gloomy, as the roads were wet. I put a hood over my head, and while walking on the streets, I kept my head low so that no one recognized me from yesterday's concert.

When I arrived at the police station, I was going to give that police officer a piece of my mind for wrongly accusing. But at the same time, my whole purpose of coming here is to seek evidence.

"Hello," the receptionist greeted me when I opened the door.

"Hello. Do you know who arrested Phoebe, Alex, and Dylan Redwood?" I asked.

"Sure, I can bring you to him," she answered.

She followed me down the hall, to the second last room.

"Here is the room," she pointed at Office 9A.

I entered the room, and saw the very same officer who arrested my siblings. My mind was playing back to when the officer arrested my siblings.

"Hello, what is your purpose of visit?" The officer asked, annoyed.

"I would like a copy of the evidence for further evaluation," I requested.

"Who exactly is evaluating the evidence?" he questioned.

"Dr. Murphy would like the evidence," I answered.

"Ok, here is the evidence," he sent me the video of the evidence.

"Thanks," I left his office, and I was headed towards the front door.
