This is brought to life in the life of Dawson Corridon, a graduate and the third child of a rich businessman Mr. Corridon, the owner of Highson Estate, situated in the south south of the city. Dawson was all set to marry Justina Edamrigho when Candida the beautiful daughter of their neighbor Mr.Oyibo showed up in the Estate from Port Harcourt. Life was never the same again for Dawson. The series of tragic events that followed makes this story intriguing and breadth taking. The story also highlights the rich heritage contained in African folklore.
