The city of Rudrain was unlike Durum, there were churches there. Although the Royal family followed the God of Blood and Wine, they didn't suppress any church activity, giving free rein for people to choose the religion they wanted to follow. They were causing a high the whole city to be covered in religious colors all the time.

However, some churches can't coexist from next to each other. Specifically the Religion of Truthful Deceit. Their Knights and followers might hold important positions in the government, overseeing the judiciary system, but due to their intrusive nature that rivaled that of the Radiant Order, rarely were they considered good neighbors, which forced them to form their own community in certain parts of the city.
