"First it was the excuse of the file being lost, then when you find the files, the approval took days, and then this?" Salvarez shook his head in annoyance, before pushing aside the officer. "Detective please!" Begged the office worker, but Salveraz was not in the mood anymore, directly entering the office, he came across the bastard that was taking so much time.
"Is this how the Public Record Bureau functions? Wasting so much precious investigation time over something so simple."
"Detective, no need to be angry over it, I have tried to ask the record keepers about your very request multiple times, it's odd for us to make so many mistakes." The officer overseeing the PRB sweated as he said this. "And I know how it looks, but believe me. I am doing my best."
