As the group went down the stairs, they took in the scenery.
The portal was elevated above the town, which was large in size and bustling.
There were a lot of citizens out and about, either walking or with horse-drawn and donkey-drawn carts transporting all sorts of agricultural harvest.
Only a few structures were above the city skyline, a bell tower and what looked like a small castle.
The castle and bell tower were the only two structures mainly composed of stone, as mostly everything else was timber.
The only other notable stone structure was the wall that encircled the town itself, it must've been three to four meters tall.
Right in front of them was a path that lead to a perpendicular street. On its other side, instead of another path that kept going forward, was a wall of buildings, with the one at its center being significantly taller and larger.
"Adventurer's...Guild," read Levi.
"Well read," smiled Lydia.
