ELENA'S BIRTHDAY

Today is my birthday. May 25th marks the day I was born. I've learned to live my life to the fullest and never to be affected by my past.
Although the scars may remain and memories will never be forgotten living in hell was my prescription for my painful memories of my rape scene.
I planned to host a birthday party with my friends and colleagues in school. It was really fun. Everyone was busy dancing and sipping their glass of drinks until a guy approached me.
"Hello, Miss, happy birthday to you. I'm Clark. Nice to meet you.'' He said, stretching his hand for a shake.
I couldn't resist his handshake. Rather than make him feel embarrassed, I slowly plopped my hands towards him.
Suddenly, he grabs my hands with a pretty smile on his face. I began pondering my mind.
" What is he up to?, does he think I've time for a relationship if that should be his plan he has failed".
While I was still thinking he quickly interrupted.
"Oh!! What are you thinking? Nevertheless happy birthday to you".
I felt happy about his compliment but was still worried as he kept staring at me, then I reluctantly asked.
" Excuse me! You looked worried?".
"No, I just felt my eyes directing me to an angel who is standing in front of me, indeed you're beautiful".
" Well thank you my mirror always informs me about that so it is never new to me". I said as I quickly went to meet my friends.
He stood there for a minute as he kept smiling. I never knew he was up to something everyone keeps looking at him as he walks back to the stage to pick a mic.
"What is he going to say?"Rose asked.
" Maybe he wants to propose to the beautiful Elena".
Caroline said as we all burst into laughter
To my greatest surprise, he sang a lovely song with my name. I was excited but couldn't express it. I pretended as if it was nothing, Although he has a lovely voice.
We'll applaud him after he finished singing he came back to approach me the second time
"Indeed I sang this song from my heart because I placed you in there and I wouldn't be happy leaving my heart empty Just because the one I love refuses to dwell In it".
While he was expressing himself to me we heard a gunshot, everyone took to their hill, and even Clark ran away.
I stood by staring at three men from a distance in black dresses with guns on them as they walked down to approach me.
" You better get down on your knees unless I pull the trigger on you". He said placing the gun on my head.
I was so upset that I couldn't control my temper. Immediately I Confronted them with my magical power, creating confusion in their midst as they pulled the trigger on one another.
The place was filled with gunshots and bloodshed l wouldn't like to experience my birthday in terms like this but I have no choice but to do what pleases me.
A few minutes later the cops entered the club trying to figure out the problem. I saw my uncle presiding through the staircase and suddenly I disappeared with my magical powers.
After that I found myself in the forest where Aurora resides I narrated everything to her and she says:
"A blind man can not chase the dark; he will only waste time looking for his sight".
"And what does that mean?". I curiously asked.
" Well!, you have nothing to do with him, he just decided to wander around but don't forget you haven't begun with him yet you need to teach him a great lesson that will cause him pain throughout his life'' She said while she roars in laughter".
"But I've some challenges?". I asked, looking worried.
" And what could that be?".
"A very tall and handsome guy tried to approach me on my birthday. I love his golden voice and smile. I...".
" You can never fall in love with him". She quickly interrupted with a reply.
"Oh!! This is unfair, at least I need to be treated like a woman".
" I guess his spell is already taking over, you remember goddesses don't fall in love and if you do then you face repercussions".
I became angry and began to murmur as I utter an aggressive word to her.
'I don't know why I met you at first, you have no right over my life".
She became angry, bringing out her staff to strike me down. I felt down like empty vessels
"Mind your speech no one accused the great Aurora and go scot-free you are yet to learn you still behave like humans having a feeling for site sex have you forgotten goddess don't fall in love the same human you are falling in love is the same human that got you pregnant and raped you several times you need Revenge!!! Not love, you need the heart of a beast not the heart of a queen. Elena wakes up from your slumber!!".
I felt relieved as I heard these words it began to bring more memories about my rape scene I screamed holding my head as I fell to my knees.
My eyes turned red while my mind became heavy with hatred. To be candid I became more powerful and aggressive because she cast another spell on me.
Indeed I still need to teach my uncle a painful lesson and I haven't started yet I kept formulating strategies.
Aurora read my mind and gave some ideas
" I believe you can play with his mind and memories, affect his sleep with some torment and make him have some terrible nightmares".
I succumbed to her idea because I don't want him dead easily. I want him to pass through pain before giving up the ghost.
"The battle line has just begun. Let's see if he will survive this". I said, rumbling in laughter.
