The Game's Villain's POV

Have you ever felt like someone is messing with your reality so intensely, it's as if they hold a grudge against you that runs deeper than you can fathom? I've certainly never committed such a heinous act to warrant it. Yet, here I am, feeling like a pawn in someone's twisted game. Who would go to such lengths as to create a game where I'm cast as the villain, relentlessly tormented by the main character and his entourage? Initially, I brushed it off as the work of a skilled game developer seeking attention. But as events unfold, I can't shake the feeling of unease gnawing at me. 'But this..' 'How come?' And then it happens. Suddenly, inexplicably, I find myself thrust into the very game I thought was nothing more than a cruel joke.

Chapter 2: Inside the game world [1]

When I woke up, I was assaulted by an intense headache.

My brain felt like it was melting and moving, creating waves like an ocean, thrashing in my skull.

"Aaarghh..."

I let out a pained groan, as I felt my entire body was in intense pain.

I tried to move and clutch my head, but it seemed as though my body was heavy.

I pulled myself up and glanced around the room.

My vision was blurry as nothing could be seen clearly.

I looked for my glasses by the night stand, until I felt like I had grabbed something.

Putting it on my face, now I could see things more clearly.

I looked around the room I was currently in and..

"Where in the world am I?"

I couldn't help but mutter to myself as I took in the luxurious interior of the room.

I pushed myself out of my bed, my body still aching, I tried to stand up, but my legs were shaking like that of a new born deer.

It's almost as if I forgot to walk, in fact my movements were very clumsy, like my mind wasn't used to this body.

'Hmm?'

My eyes widen as I remembered falling out of my parent's house from my window. It wasn't that high, as I fell from my room which is the equivalent of falling from the first floor.

But I could of still gotten hurt as I checked my body and was needless to say shocked.

There was no traces of broken bones or a single scratch, but that wasn't as shocking as I looked down at my arms, thighs and my belly that was protruding.

'When did I get so fat?' I asked myself as I couldn't understand what was going on..

I got up with shaky legs and headed towards a luxurious dressing table with a mirror to get a better look at my appearance...

Black silk-like hair

Deep black eyes

soft skin but engulfed with acne

What reflected back did look like my face, but it wasn't me... This isn't me..

This can't be me...

The reflection showed a version of myself with a younger appearance and a puffy face...

'This must be a dream right?'

I thought so, until I touched my face and felt it with my own hands.

'Feels real to me also I can think clearly too...'

So clearly I am not dreaming but...

"What is going on-"

before I could finish, I felt a sharp pain in my head again, causing me to clutch my head.

Than as if I was reminded of something, I felt some information fill my head, amidst the pain.

When the pain subsided, I opened my eyes and saw a blurry translucent blue screen floating in the air.

I couldn't see it properly and looked back in the mirror, which reflected no such absurdity.

I closed my eyes and focused on myself..

Using the information that I obtained, I started to think about myself

Than...

================

Opening my eyes once more, a sense of dread washed over me.

"This... It's the same as that game," I muttered, my body trembling uncontrollably. The familiarity of it all shook me to my core.

The window in my mind, the status window—it mirrored the one from the game I couldn't even recall the name of.

"I have to find a way back to my world... I can't stay here," I whispered, to myself.

I was beyond spooked. Not only was I not in my body but there was this strange supernatural force 'mana' and maybe it was the foreign feeling I felt in my body.

Surveying the room, I took in its opulent furnishings—a lavish master bed, a sleek work table topped with an expensive-looking computer and a packed bag, a dressing table adorned with trinkets, and a wardrobe standing sentinel in the corner. The balcony beckoned, offering a glimpse of the outside world.

I strode towards the balcony with wabbly steps, as if my legs were made of twigs and would snap at any moment.

'Is this because I am not in my real body?' I thought to my self as I soon reached the balcony.

I looked and...

"Oh my god.."

What I saw outside left me speechless..

I wasn't very high up or anything like that, but what lay beyond this mansion was breath taking...

The mansion, I was staying on was located on a hill or a mountain overseeing a sprawling cityscape adorned with towering skyscrapers.

Backing away, I closed the balcony door, the weight of my predicament finally sinking in.

Nothing made sense. Body swapping, teleportation to a foreign world—none of it felt real.

"Hahaha..."

"This isn't a game anymore... and I am not dreaming.."

"Ah.."

'what am I suppose to do now? '

'why was I bought here? '

'who bought me here? '

'what purpose do I serve here? '

'I don't know. I don't know anything anymore.'

Defeated, I looked at the door which probably leads out of this room.

"....."

I was scared....

I was scared to leave this room...because

'What if I confront someone and I couldn't speak this world's language?'

'What if they found out that I am not the same Aren Blackstar they thought I was?'

"yeah, nope, I'll stay here thank you very much... sigh...."

I sat down in my bed and forced myself to calm down..

'Okay, let's think about this calmly now..'

Right now I don't have the luxury to be depressed.

'First of all I need more information about this world.'

I thought to myself than I got up and headed towards the pc. Before touching anything I scanned the keyboard, hoping there wouldn't be a difference in language from my world.

That's because the game was in English.

"Damn, really?" I cursed as my eyes swept across the unfamiliar set of characters and letters in the keyboard.

I tried to understand them but to no avail...

It seems like I only got the information about the status window and nothing else.

'That's fine.. I can maybe try typing something by assuming the placement of letters from this keyboard which shouldn't be much different from my world.'

I came up with the idea because the keyboard looked like any standard 'QWERT' keyboard except the letters in place of QWERT were... '▣▣▣დ▣▣'

"Yeah, I shouldn't even attempt to..."

before I could finish my I herd a knock coming the door..

'Oh no...Oh shit... I am dead.... this is it isn't it?'

I mutter as I felt my blood draining from my face.
